Decor is western and its a cute small cabin about 30m from Gatlinburg. Far enough from traffic, but close enough to the things we wanted to do. We didn't use the kitchen except fridge and microwave (which worked well), it is well equipped with pots, pans, and dishes if you do want to cook. Downstairs bathroom was nice, good shower pressure. We did not use the jacuzzi. Upstairs bathroom not great, not good pressure and very dark. Beds were good, pillows eh, overall nice, but downstairs one has some water damage. We enjoyed hang out in the sitting area in the evenings, very comfy and cozy. Their were some issues with upstairs bathroom when we got there, but Nick warned us before we checked in and he was able to resolve the issue next day. Communication was good. Overall experience was positive and we would stay here again.

very unhappy that anyone would rent a cabin with a water leak from the ceiling leaking on the bed and the problem was patched and not fixed. We were very upset and there was a smell we could not escape and we had to sleep and shower in the same bedroom and bath because we rented it for separate rooms so I do not feel at all that we had a good trip. the cabin was not cleaned well at all we could not walk on the floors without something on our feet. I have rented lots of cabins in Gatlinburg and I won't rent this one. Icant understand why someone would rent a cabin in this condition and expect you to have a good trip not a good trip for me and my childhood friend of 50 or more years very disappointed to say the least.

We had a few issues with leaks and finding old food and such, but the place was so relaxing and peaceful we didn’t care. The property manager was responsive. There is an amazing coffee shop next door, Doc’s Cafe right down the road and a straight shot into town. For how quiet it was you would never guess how conveniently it’s located! The only thing missing was a hot tub!

This cabin was a great place to stay for our trip to the Smokies! The western decor was cute, the large kitchen had plenty of space and utensils for cooking, and the furniture was so comfy. We slept way better than we would have in a hotel. It's also far enough away from the hustle and bustle to feel secluded but close enough to Gatlinburg that you're not in the car forever. We had a great trip and would love to visit again!

This cabin was perfect for us. We had everything we needed. This was a great spot for us to stay as we are working to build on our property. If it is available for our next trip, we will certainly be back.

My wife and I brought her parents and our granddaughter to Tennessee for a few days and this place was perfect. Only about 20 miles outside of Gatlinburg/25 miles to Pigeon Forge. We were able to go back and forth easily and without any traffic issues. The cabin itself is quaint and fit the 5 of us perfectly. The kitchen has almost everything you need. Could use some mixing bowls. Haha. We will definitely book this property for future trips to the area. We enjoyed relaxing on the front porch in the swing and the rocking chairs. Only thing missing is a hot tub.

The stay was okay. The bed was very uncomfortable. Both of the beds were almost like sleeping on springs. Also we weren’t told about the washer machine being out of order. The town itself was very peaceful and not too far from the activities in gatlinburg and pigeon forge. The outside and inside decor was beautiful. If you aren’t going to spend much time in the cabin, this is definitely for you.

The cabin was as expected in size. It was closer to the neighbors than it looks in the pictures, but it was very quiet and serene. The only complaints/issues I had was a weird odor inside the cabin (which could have been from being closed up) and the upstairs shower hadn’t been cleaned. The temperature was hard to regulate with the loft and location of the heater but the fireplace was helpful. Overall a very nice cabin and would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to stay that is out of the way from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It was close enough to get to everything quickly, but far enough to be a peaceful and quiet setting.

Our vacation started out terrible! The check-in instructions stated that if there were any issues or problems to call or email to our guest contact. We emailed asking if any early check-in was available. Got immediate response of yes. We were about 40 minutes early. Unpacked and fixed dinner and went to bed. Went sight seeing the next day came back to the cabin, prepared to get into the jacuzzi tub. Ran the tub full of hot water only because the cold spicket was broken off. Attempted to turn the jets on but couldn't. Discovered that the circuit breaker was turned off. Turned circuit breaker back on, attempted to turn the jets on again and still nothing would work. By this time discovered worms floating in the water. Immediately emailed the guest contact about the situation. Received a reply back that they knew that it was broken and parts were ordered and if they should come in during our stay they would let us know. I emailed back that I was not happy with this response and that I'd like to be refunded some of the money I had paid because I had booked this cabin for the amenities that it had and now not getting. I was ghosted. I sent 5 more emails and was still being ghosted. I called the phone number given to be connected with voice mail. I left a message ghosted. Finally contacted Evolve but it took 3 attempts contacting Evolve to finally get someone who was willing to attempt a fair resolution. The cabin also had a washer and dryer listed as an aminety but it didn't work either. The cabin had mice running in and out from behind the jacuzzi tub brick facade as well. Over all we made the best of our stay and Evolve is a good rental company but they just are representing the wrong owners in this cabin.

Temperature was left so low it took hours to warm to a reasonable temp. Couldn’t get the heater to work at first, so called the number given for help. 27 hours later I received a voicemail asking if there was a problem. Washer/dryer had a note on it saying it did not work. Ice maker did not work. Entrance drive not easy to see at night; needs a reflector of some sort.

The property is not like the picture. The fire pit wasn’t clean to use and there were leaves all over the place to have to walk through.
The upstairs shower was not used due to the note that it leaks to the downstairs bedroom and drips on the bed. If the shower was fixed, it would be a lot more desirable to rent again to me, but I won’t be renting it again.
The fire place is propane and went out for one day and had to wait for the next day for it to be fixed.

It’s a really nice place when you pull up and when we walked in it was nice but the only thing it wasn’t very clean. There was poop on the back of the toilet seat, and black mold in the up stairs, as well as food on the dishes that wasn’t washed right. The washer and dryer didn’t work so had to go to the laundry mat.

We saw the photos but didn’t expect what we saw when we opened the door. Pictures don’t do this house justice. Every room in this house is nicely decorated. Very clean and very attractive right down to every detail. We’ll definitely be back !

Place was filthy, oven had remains of many cook overs, A/C units very dirty. A towel on top of the cupboards to catch water from A/C covered with bugs. Black mold in both showers, water handle in downstairs tub duct taped in the place.

Worst booking ever. Maintenance is a major part of rental / vacation property, clearly that's not understood.
Upper shower leaks into bedroom below, 50% of the lights are not functional, among other issues...It gets a rating of one, only because I can't go lower, and the fact that there was a cute little wooden bowling game in the living room.

The location is good
Hi I have hesitated to do this review because I hate to say anything negative about the rentals we stay in however I can say the location was good and it's very quiet. I think the housecleaner needs a new job. I found the service areas were ok and the floor was swept/vacuumed. The bathrooms I went over again but I did refuse to clean the unmentionable stuff that was on the wall in the upstairs bath without gloves. There is a definite problem with people doing dishes, I had to wash every dish in the cabinet because I kept taking out things with food still on them. I had to wipe out the microwave also. I also saw in the pan cabinet several dead and live bugs.
The other problem is in the master bedroom , there is a smell in there that I could not figure out where it was coming from. The covers on the bed smelled of disuse and felt yucky. My mother-in-law, 93, was supposed to sleep in there but slept on the couch without telling us until midweek. She then refused to sleep on the bed without her own blankets.
The place is really cute and I wouldn't hesitate to stay if I knew it was clean. We rent a lot and have never had this kind of issue.

I opened the window and doors hoping this would help with the oder but that was unsuccessful. I went and purchased some glad plug ins which this helped a little.The next morning we had another surprise Roaches. There was a can on ant and roach spray under the sink so we sprayed the bathroom and kitchen for 2 days. I never received a call back from the property manager about the oder nor did I contact him back. We needed to get away from our jobs for a stress free vacation. We left a day early do to the fact that I could stand the roaches and smell any longer. I have always used VRBO for our vacation needs and this is the first time I've been unhappy about our rental.I understand that this was a pet friendly cabin but the cleaners need to mop using some form of cleaning supplies for pet odor also they need to use an exterminator more often!No I would not recommend renting this cabin.
