I loved all about the Marina experience! The staff was amazing, the room was so comfortable and elegant, the staff was great. The Batos area especially was an unmatched place, starting from the service, the pool and beach and than the food, the parties. All in all I will return again and again!

the spa was under construction

Läget var som en dröm, lite utanför stan. Det är vackert byggt hela hotellet och egen strand. Städpersonalen gjorde ett bra jobb och restaurangerna var bra med god mat och riktiga drinkar.

Receptions personalens service, proffessionalitet, bemötande och allmänt bara riktigt otrevliga samt dåliga på sitt jobb. De kan knappt någon engelska, de anklagar oss för att ljuga första dagen när vi sa att vi glömt vårt kort på rummet. Vi frågade vid check in varför hela hotellet är fyllt med barn när det är Adult friendly, de svarade med att barnfamiljer är vid sitt poolområde och vuxna vid sitt poolområde, allt är uppdelat. Men ändå var det barn vid det vuxna poolområdet varje dag och ingen sa något. Vid stranden vid havet lärde vi oss alla barnens namn då föräldrarna skrek efter dem konstant. Detta kallar inte jag adult friendly alls. Personalen vid receptionen litade inte på oss när vi sa att drinkarna på vårt rum inte var något vi hade konsumerat då vi delvis inte ens kunde lägga drinkar på rummet men också för att vi inte la något annat på rummet än frukosten. Vi fick återkommande gå till receptionen och bli riktigt upprörda innan de löste situationen med att vi inte skulle betala för drinkarna på rummet som vi inte konseumerat. Dålig service för ett hotell med 5 stjärnor. Vid ett tillfälle stängde de av vår AC på hotellet så rummet blev varmt och vår packning höll på att förstöras. Frukosten från buffén var extremt medelmåttig. Samma sak varje dag i 5 dagar, inga variationer. Knappt något lagat från grunden. Det fanns verken hjärta eller själ i frukosten. Det fanns aldrig någon ren strand-/pool handduk innan 10:00. Vi är morgonmänniskor och vill gärna gå upp tidigt. Det är tydligen olika regler för olika människor, vissa hade hund på rummet/ stranden fast än vi andra inte fick det. De reserverar de bästa ställena vid poolområdet och strandområdet till de gäster som stannar över dagen bara. Vi som betalat över 2000 € för 6 nätter till hotellet får inte ligga på dessa ställen, om vi inte köper en sprit flaska.

On nous a proposé l’autre horrible et pour le prix de l’hôtel inadmissible,,, booking ne détaille pas assez bien je trouve l’année dernière j’ai eu la même blague à Jale maintenant j’appellerai directement les hôtels pour ne pas avoir ce genre de surprise

Scrivo da proprietaria di un Boutique hotel al centro di Roma, e questo non è un hotel con servizi a 5 stelle…. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti solo del ristorante con una bellissima vista, cibo eccellente e fresco nonché servizio competente. Per quanto riguarda l’hotel se potessi dare meno di 1 stella sicuramente lo farei, alla reception ci sono “ragazzi” che hanno le competenze di un Ostello della stazione di Roma termini- La nostra stanza aveva il campanello rotto che ha suonato tutta la notte, abbiamo chiamato più volte da 00.00 fino a che solo alle 3 di notte ci hanno finalmente spostato dopo aver constato il problema e la cosa peggiore di tutte è stato il cambio nell’altra suite che più o meno ha mantenuto lo stesso problema, stavolta per l’aria condizionata rotta veramente rumorosa. Una notte totalmente in bianco. La mattina siamo stati svegliati da un martello pneumatico perché stanno facendo lavori internamente, infatti la piscina è piena di polvere da cantiere… Abbiamo cambiato subito hotel.

I visit the resort with my friends. Resort has a lot of activities for adult. The adult pool was exceptional. They organize big parties at bar and they have invited international dj for summer weekends. we was lucky at casino.

They was verywelcoming! we enjoy the sun, pool and beach. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The pillow was special. the sunset was :-) and all the view was relaxing. They organize sunset party.

We love traveling. It was our first visit to Albania and we enjoyed a lot Maritim Marina Bay. Comfort like 5 stars hotel all over the world, with a better price. The food was delicioussssssssssssss!!!!

We read a lot of comments for this property. Especially about construction. When we visit the property everything was done and very quite and relaxing atmosphere. lovelyyyyyy view and the staff very helpful

The hotel is great, but the restaraunts are terrble. The food arrive out of order, the appetizer after the maine course and not all of it at the same time, so some of us would watch while the other wat At the lounge we got extra charged for items we did not order which totaled to about 20% of the bill. Also at the restaurant we got charged a water we did not order, the waiters just opened it before we even set at the table

Accueil très bien, l’hôtel n’est pas complètement fonctionnel, il est encore en travaux, mais très beau et très bien, merci à Arta, Jessica et Sami pour leur accueil et gentillesse, petit-déjeuner très bien et varié, coucher de soleil merveilleux au niveau de la piscine

The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was very clean and with a spectacular view . The food was very delicious.The breakfast was buffet the day I was and had a lot of variety.We had a great time there. We will come back again for sure . Total deserved 5 stars. A gem in Albanian riviera.

Everything

We loved everything about Marina Bay. From the room to the outdoors, everything was amazing. Starting with the staff at the reception, they were well informed and answered all the questions we had, also they kept us informed about the resort’s activities. After that, we were welcomed from Guest Relations department, with a warm welcoming treat and a message explaining everything we could do during our stay. The room was amazingly clean, besides that, we had everything in our room. Starting from the very up to date amenities, up to the ironing tools for our clothes. The room smelled nicely and warm. We frequented almost all facilities at the resort, the Mandarin Restaurant, which by the way had a variety of food in their menu, we ate dinner there and tbh I have visited the south of Albania twice, but I had never had anything like what we had at Mandarin. After that we went to Lime Lounge, the cocktails were absolutely delicious, ACE Club also very entertaining and ofc the Casino. Amazing experience! Btw, at Marina Bay, you can definitely have a luxurious experience for a good value of money.

Amazing staff, great food. Location is perfect and hotel is perfect. A big, clean and beautiful room. A veryyyy good quality breakfast buffet. Highly recommend this hotel! Ps: they will have a new spa very soonnnn

The breakfast was very very good, colorful and what i liked more was that the food banquett also included healthy and vegan food .

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were very pleased with our stay.

First of all, staff was very polite and kind, always helpful and available. The room was clean and comfy like nowhere else around the area. Its quite affordable for all the luxury and service that it gives. To not mention the delicious breakfast and the heavenly panoramic view from the terrace. Cant wait to return!
