Well maintained, clean and well equipped room + kitchenette. Room was spacious for 2 adults and 1 baby. They were very thoughtful to provide baby crib, steriliser and baby bathtub & toiletries. Service staff were all helpful and friendly too.

Slightly far from main shopping area

A good location with easy access to public transport. Nice Happy Hour arrangement in the evening.

The a-la-carte breakfast choices were quite limited.

-Location is great - big rooms, clean but floors tend to be a little dusty. Maybe because we want to be environmentally conscious and didn't have our rooms made up daily. - free good coffee in lobby - free happy hour in lobby daily - good sized fridge with free soft drinks and ice cream - pay laundry room yo do our laundry as we stayed for 10 days - friendly staff - oh yes and a sweet surprise of a small birthday cake for my husband without us informing them of his birthday💕. Thank you

- due to my choice of having twin beds, our room faced the opposite office building which makes opening the curtain not quite possible. However they have been kind to assign me the corner room to have a partial view of 101.

The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk from Taipei 101. Only a few minutes away from a metro station and easy to get taxis nearby. The room was extremely large and very clean. Large windows letting in lots of natural light, and lots of room for relaxing. Excellent kitchen facilities with plenty of kitchenware and cutlery. Each day, there's complementary microwave popcorn, ice cream in the fridge and some free cans / drinks which was great. The bathroom is super clean and had a huge shower. There's also plenty of wardrobe space for storing clothes and items. Plenty even for a long term stay. An excellent hotel. Would highly recommend!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the happy hour for drinks and our breakfast the next morning. The location is very close to where we were going to do some business.

nothing really. but could use automatic toilets as we had in other 5 state hotels. no robes also here.
