The location of the home was perfectly central to Disney, universal and more. Perfect size with added bonus of splash pool to keep kids occupied. Nice resort pools and amenities and great communication with owners. Can't wait to come back!

Clean and convenient location

Wonderful proximity to Disney. Close to Walmart and Starbucks. Waterpark was great for our break day.

We had a great stay and the property is so close to all Disney properties.

This was a perfect place for our family to stay. We have four boys and it had enough room (and enough bathrooms) for all. The pool at the townhouse is not huge but was really fun for two to play in. The Clubhouse and pools are a very short walk away. It was very clean and had most everything that we needed. We highly recommend!

Our family had a great time. Communication was great and the location was perfect. Our kids loved their room and it was nice to have the bonus of the water park and pool so close. 100% recommend.

I have no negatives to say about our stay. It was all great! Came supplied with many items and there wasn’t a long checkout list which is a huge plus. Great communication and will recommend to others!

The house is very convenient to parks, restaurants, stores, etc. The house is very comfortable and there is a large option of streaming options available. We had the pool heated in Jan and my 7 & 9 yr old loved playing in it - sun and rain.

This was our third time staying at a house in Orlando and our favorite by far. The location of the house to the clubhouse was amazing. The proximity to everything around the area (restaurants, activities, etc.) was wonderful. The host was very easy to communicate with and provided all the details we needed. The house was as described and was perfect for our family of 5 (two adults, three kids). Would definitely stay here again!

The property was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our group. We each had our own bathroom amd private space. The wading pool was ideal for us as we like the water, but don't like crowds and screaming kids splashing everywhere. We.found the kitchen adequately stocked with the necessities to let us cook family dinners. The Windsor Hills location was close to EVERYTHING and made ride share the easiest and cheapest option for us. Our hosts were amazing! Their messages made everything crystal clear and they even reached out personally to help us avoid a.potential check-in issue. We will definitely contact them FIRST the next time we need a rental in Orlando. December in Orlando was a bit crazier than we were ready for, but this home away from home made it easy to relax after a day in the parks.

This property is wonderful! The location is really close to Disney. The property owners were great with communication before our stay, during our stay and at check out. The property was very clean. My kids loved the resort pool area. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect spot for a quick family getaway to the parks. From location to communication from the hosts, everything was smooth and easy. The unit was as described and the hosts made checking in and out a breeze. My daughter and niece absolutely loved the pool and water park. When we head back to Florida next year, we’ll be looking to see if this place is available first.

We were very impressed with Windsor Hills community. The townhouse we stayed in was very clean and spacious. The hosts were very responsible and communicated extremely well before, during and after our stay. We highly recommend this townhouse for anyone’s Disney vacation stay.

This is a great property in a great location run by lovely hosts! Lovely touches such as the welcome pack, just enough to get you started until you shop. The owners kept in contact to make sure everything was ok. The location is perfect, under 10 mins from Animal Kingdom, c.20 from all other Disney and on a good run, 20 mins from Universal. We will definitely return!

We had everything we needed, and the splash pool was a hit for our kids age 8 and 11. A short walk to the clubhouse, a short drive to Disney and ample space for our family of 4. I would stay there again. Thank you!

Lovely property with close proximity to all the DIsney Parks (within 15 minutes). Property was spacious, clean and gave us a wonderful place to rest and regroup from our days of exploring. Would strongly recommend!

The condo is beautiful. I loved that we had a bathroom with every bedroom. The splash pool was my favorite part. To be honest, we are Dvc Members at Disney and had already used our points so staying off property was a first for us. The proximity to Disney is great. I preferred this condo to our Dvc property. Would love to stay here again! The hosts are very attentive and want to make sure everything is perfect. We all loved our stay!

This property was exceptionally clean. The pictures are accurate and the pool was perfect. This place was extremely spacious for our family of six. I would definitely recommend this property if you are planning a trip to Orlando.

We loved the place, the space, and the location! It was close to everything - Walmart was just around the corner. There was a bedroom downstairs and two others upstairs and they all had a bathroom and TV. So no fighting over what to watch. The resort had activities for the kids (and adults on Wednesday) and the kids enjoyed the pool and water slides. It was nice to be able to allow them to splash around in the morning or evening when we didn’t want to travel to the pool. The owners communication was on point. As soon as I booked, she started reaching out with the process. I would definitely recommend.

The house was very clean and the hosts were great. They communicated with me easily throughout the process and while I was there with a few things. The community has a great pool and a live DJ which was lots of fun! My boys loved the Mickey pool too. I also appreciated the starting items of snacks and soaps. All in all, I would definitely stay here again!

The listing was very accurate. We appreciated all the start up supplies that lasted the whole 4 nights we were there- tp, pts, dishwasher soap, a couple of trashbags. Since we flew, this was great. I would have appreciated another set of beach towels since the place has a pool [which was wonderful with us having kids]. Overall, would definitely stay there again.

Couldn’t have asked for a better home for our family of 3. It was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The biggest perk was having our own private swimming pool. Hoping to stay again soon. Thank you Kevin and Jeannie!
