What’s not to like. Everything went as advertised. Then there is Cloudcroft, the golf course, the shops and great local food. Great area to walk and enjoy the scenery.

I was looking for a quiet place to spend in the mountains and this place fit the bill. The cabin is still close to the town of Cloudcroft, which makes it handy, but the cabin was nice and quiet when I slept.
If you are looking for a town that has more to offer, Cloudcroft isn't your place. I mean like restaurants and things like that. I didn't bring a lot of my own food, so I kept looking for places to eat and they have several, but choices are limited.
