Happy Ours ist ein wunderschönes Haus am Kanal mit drei Schlafzimmern, 2,5 Bädern, einem privaten Pool, einer Bootsanlegestelle und einem 10000 kg schweren Bootslift. Es ist nur 2, 5 Meilen von den weltberühmten weißen Sandstränden von Anna Maria Island entfernt. Das wunderschön renovierte und dekorierte Anwesen bietet Platz für insgesamt 8 Personen. This was our second time to stay in Happy Ours and we have already booked for next year. Absolutely love this home. The pool, hot tub and boat lift are perfect. We bring our boat every year and it is so convenient. Love Cortez Village, especially the Clam Factory! Very convenient to shopping, beaches, sight seeing and great restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood. Cannot think of one negative thing.

Home was beautiful, very well maintained and more than enough room for 3 couples to have their own space and not ever feel crowded. Location was perfect whether wanting to go somewhere by car or by boat. Evenings were unusually cool for May in FL, so the hot tub was a perfect way to end each day after a long day of boating. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with whatever was needed for cooking and AC worked well. Can’t wait to go back!

The property was pristine, so clean! Tons of small extras, puzzles, games and beach equipment. We have been renting through VRBO for years. This is by far our most favorite property.

We had 6 longtime friends who met at Happy Ours and it couldn’t have been more enjoyable! The pool and outdoor furniture were perfect. The hot tub stayed hot for us thankfully since nights were cool. The inside of the house was gorgeous and had every amenity needed. The drive to the beach was less than 10 minutes. It was truly paradise!

What an absolutely amazing place this was. Unfortunately due to Hurricane Ian we were there for just 3 nights and not 6 as planned so we were pretty gutted. The whole place was immaculate, all the fittings, bedding, fixtures were fantastic quality and the pool area was just the icing on the cake. Plenty of sun lounges, and chairs for my party of 5. We absolutely loved the place and were sad to leave. The only thing that needs improving is the communication with the management company. We rang the number that was listed in the manual and it was busy for most of the day. (we must have rang the number 50 times) . Luckily we managed to sort the problem eventually ourselves. All in all our stay was spot on and I would highly recommend the place

Great to be back in Florida, we know the area well but this was the first time in "Happy Ours". Its a lovely, comfortable home with a modern touch, great amenities and the location is superb. It's a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and provides an ideal place to kick back and relax when returning from one of the many beaches on AMI. We made use of the dock and rented a boat for a few days to go touring and fishing which was great fun. We would return in a heartbeat!

The decor is great , the kitchen is stocked with everything you could think of . The beds are super soft and comfi ! The place is very clean ... loved that ! Location is great ! Within 10 minutes you are at the beach ( if traffic is good haha otherwise it might take longer ) And restaurants , shops and supermarket are very close.
