Tadellose neue 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 1/2 Badezimmer Endgerät Stadthaus. Weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Gemeinschaft hat direkten Zugang zum öffentlichen Strand. Der schöne, von Palmen umgebene Pool liegt nur wenige Schritte von der hinteren Terrasse entfernt. Sound-Zugang ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Nur wenige Minuten von der Küste von Morehead City, dem historischen Beaufort, dem NC Aquarium an den Pine Knoll Shores, dem Fort Macon State Park und dem Atlantic Beach Town Park mit Spritzschutz, Spielplatz und Skateboard-Park im Freien entfernt.
Das Interieur umfasst alle neuen Möbel. 3 Schlafzimmer (King, Queen und 2 Einzelbetten) mit jeweils eigenem Badezimmer. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gestellt. Separate Thermostate auf jeder Etage für Ihren individuellen Komfort. Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Einheit für Ihre Bequemlichkeit. Great location. Our family loves the playground and the pool. Short walk to the beach. Well-maintained complex. Although it is a townhouse we never heard the neighbors.

Great location to everything. Pool was so convenient and close to condo. Beach access was great as well. We felt like we were home away from home. Having individual bathrooms for each bedroom was the best. We had our space but also room enough for everyone to eat together and enjoy family time and games. My first time renting this unit and plan to continue. Thank you Garriss' for sharing your home with us....

We have been coming to Atlantic Beach for 20+ years and this is our 3rd year staying in this complex. The townhome was exactly as pictured and described! Plenty of space for our family, great accessibility to the pool, an easy walk to the beach and a fully stocked kitchen! The house was clean and the check-in process was very smooth. Great communication with the owners and a fast response time. We really enjoyed ourselves!

The property location and size made for a wonderful family vacation. We loved the access to the pool and short walking distance to the beach, able to drive easily to Moorehead City and Emerald Ise.

We were visiting our son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter who are stationed at Camp LeJeune. It was the perfect place to all stay together for a long weekend. The pool was a great option as the beach was too hot for the baby. We enjoyed every minute!

We came with my wife, 3 year old, and 1 year old. Well kept unit within 4-5 min walk to beach. Everything was first class and we hope to come back again. Thanks for having us!

This property is very clean, organized and the owners Chris and Nancy were very easy to deal with. We felt right at home. I would highly recommend staying at this property. Dairy Queen was closed for the season and will reopen in March. We were looking forward to our short walk to dairy queen however, this was not a showstopper. We had lots of room for the family and some to spare. Thanks to Chris and Nancy, very well done.

Nancy (Owner) was great to deal with, super responsive which was greatly appreciated! This townhouse is great, spacious, new and updated and well stocked with everything you might need. Steps from the community pool and a short stroll across the street to the beach. We would most definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your beach house with us!

We stayed at St. Somewhere and had a fantastic stay. We were a group of 5 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. The home is in excellent condition and very clean and well maintained. It was equipped with everything we needed. The storage closet outdoors even had beach chairs, a beach cart, beach toys and a corn hole set. It was very convenient to the pool and just a short walk to the beach. Definitely would stay here again.

The pool was the best part! Very convenient to the unit and a great layout. The unit itself had furniture that was broken, damaged and not sturdy. Walls needed painting. Fixtures were not secured into the wall. Mattress' were not at all comfortable. The unit received several excellent reviews, so we were quite surprised and disappointed. The owners were responsive, but never offered a discount. We could not find a comfortable spot to relax in the unit.

The facility was clean and very well equipped. With the exception of the weather the week was enjoyable. We had no complaints about the property. Pool was a good substitute for the rough ocean. The owner answered all our questions promptly. Would stay again if Atlantic Beach is our destination.

Great property, very inviting, perfect location with relaxing pool and quick walk to the beach access. The Atlantic Beach area is perfect for families with kids; short drives to putt-putt, the aquarium, shops and restaurants, Moorehead City and Beaufort.
The owners were quick to respond with issues and offered their expertise of the area for dinner and activity recommendations.
The property had all the necessary household items and beach items. The place was very clean when we arrived.
We are very happy with our trip and would consider staying here next year.

Great townhouse and pool
We had a great week in Atlantic Beach. The townhouse was very clean and fit our needs wonderfully. No sound issues with the neighbors and the extra windows as an end unit were nice. The community pool was a great addition and never overly crowded even during a holiday week!

Beautiful property, wonderful and rapidly responsive host, very clean and a great place to relax, entertain family, and feel right at home. The location is convenient to so many things from shopping and restaurants all the way to aquariums and bars also don’t forget the beach is right there! If you want a great place to stay this is it!
