Die Wohnung ist nach den besten Standards mit allen High-Tech-Luxusausstattungen ausgestattet und die private Terrasse bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer, den Strand und die Kleinstadt. Die Lage ist perfekt zum Surfen, da Besucher aus aller Welt die hervorragenden Bedingungen nur 150 m vom Strand entfernt suchen, sich also für einen Familienurlaub eignen oder einfach nur zum Entspannen und Genießen der Aussichten oder Spaziergänge. In der Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Ilfracombe, Croyde Bay, Morthoe und Saunton Sands. Surfschulen und Life Guards arbeiten am Strand von Woolacombe, um Ihre Sicherheit zu gewährleisten. Die Wohnung ist mit LCD-Fernseher, Surround-Sound, DVD, Sky-Freesat, Ledersofa / -bett, Top-Ausstattung ausgestattet. Küche, Benützung der Nasszelle mit Neoprenanzug und Dampfbad zum Entspannen nach einem Tag am Strand. Die angelegten hinteren Gärten sind terrassenförmig angelegt und führen zu den Grillbereichen mit anderen Terrassen, die mit den anderen 7 Apartments geteilt werden. Sie sind jedoch in private Bereiche mit Tischen und Sitzgelegenheiten unterteilt, die die gesamte Bucht überblicken. Es kommt auch mit 1 Parkplatz.

Location was perfect, lovely view of the beach from the patio, we like so many others had disappointing weather so was unable to spend much time on the patio 🙄 we still had a great week with our pooch 😉 xx

Lovely, clean apartment. It had everything we needed and was ideally situated a stones throw from the beach & town.
My only complaint is that although there’s a sea view from the property, Apartment 1 is situated at the back of the property and there’s nowhere within the apartment that you can see the sea & sky. It is a little bit dark.
The great views and patios are enjoyed by the other apartments but not No.1.
I just think people might want to know this and it wasn’t made clear on the listing.

Well situated property. Disappointed that steam room is no longer available although itt remains on the list of facilities. Washing machine leaked and TV in bedroom was tricky to make work

Lovely cosy place, absolutely sparkling clean. What is beautiful that this is that it’s an old house converted into flats, with an outside wetsuit / shower room. Each time the dog and I visited the beach, I could shower him off in there, and this meant that the flat stayed immaculate. Brilliant central location and every mod con. Will be back I’m sure. We enjoyed our stay at apt 1. The interior is done to very high standards! The mattress is to die for!!!! Everything was clean. The outside table and chair with the view is a few meters away from the front door. The only view from inside is from the kitchen window. The location is amazing! Everything you need is given. The door needs a number 1 on it as we tried to get it through the wooden door adjacent to the key holder.

We stayed here last year very clean property everything you need close to beach shops, pubs ,only thing we found property could do with is a gate at bottom of steps if you have a dog or small child otherwise excellent ,

Had to leave early due to hubby hurting his back but would highly recommend this apartment, perfect location near the sea and with everything you could need.

Apartment No 1 was a perfectly appointed holiday apartment for our family of 4 ( 2 adults, 1 child and 1 dog!). It has absolutely everything you need for a real 'home away from home' feel. 2 minute walk to the shops, restaurants, pub (highly reccomend The Puffin Cafe for the best Breakfast in town and The Jube for drinks, lunch and dinner) and beach, we really couldn't have been happier. We will be returning again! Thank you Phil and family for a wonderful stay.

Apartment No 1 was a perfectly appointed holiday apartment for our family of 4 ( 2 adults, 1 child and 1 dog!). We enjoyed our stay in Woolacombe just a couple of things the Patio Furniture has seen better days quite rotted and full of slinters also their is a paving slab at the top of the steps which is very loose and tips when you stand on it , also i believe the bed has had a new mattress but very uncomfortable i think its the frame that needs replacing but a very clean modern apartment and we enjoyed our stay will definatly return .

We enjoyed our stay in Woolacombe just a couple of things the Patio Furniture has seen better days quite rotted and full of slinters also their is a paving slab at the top of the steps which is very loose and tips when you stand on it , also i believe the bed has had a new mattress but very uncomfortable i think its the frame that needs replacing but a very clean modern apartment and we enjoyed our stay will definatly return .

We had a great stay in this apartment, wonderful location very near all amenities and very comfortable. Bed was very comfy, mattress had been replaced and was great. Only very slight criticism is the outside furniture needs replacing as wood tatty and rotten. Would highly recommend.

Perfect for right by the beach
Lovely ground floor apartment with some view of the beach from the patio. Table and chairs and growth of plants on the patio mean the photo is a little old but was perfect for us. A stones throw from the beach which is so good for watersports and the dog loved the beach. Would stay again.
