Very clean, good equipped, nice host, peaceful and quiet location but only 10-15 minutes walking distance from the lake.

The apartment is located at the edge of Zlatibor (though there's so much building going on that this might not always be the case) so that you can walk into town in one direction and be immediately in open country in the other. It's in a peaceful street which is a contrast to the crowded and somewhat chaotic town centre. The apartment itself is warm and comfortable.

The most problematic aspect was the fact that the tiny fridge was no more than a box standing on the counter, which is a shame since the rest of the kitchen is quite practical.

The position of the building

The booking stated it is an apartment with a bedroom whereas it was a small studio apartment with 2 sofas in the living room which is the only room in the apartment. The door of the bath tub was broken actually it was only leaning to the wall, and the smell of the mold was not really pleasant. The lady did not accept the card, do I had to pay in cash.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by beautiful pine trees. It is exceptionally new and clean, fully equipped and with a convenient kitchen. The beds are very comfortable, and there is a bathtub, which is quite rare in Serbia. There is a flexible and quickly adjustable heating system in the apartment. In fact, I’d love to rent a place like this long term! my highest recommendations!

It seems to be a new building, new furniture and appliances, probably a good place for longer stay but not good for transit.

Lack of hospitality/care for the traveler. I was travelling by car with my family from Croatia to Romania and stayed one night at the property just to rest for several hours. Even though the check in schedule says until 22:00 nobody waited for us (we arrived at 21:00). They expected us to pay in cash but they were not there!!! To offer change (I didn't had the exact amount of money) and an invoice. I had to send them money with Westen Union when I arrived in Romania and they had the nerve to ask me to support the WU commission!!! I have been to other properties which have no human interaction at check-in, I have no problem with that but they need to handle credit card payment trough Booking if they want this type of business. And the second big problem the address in their confirmation email is not complete, it does not contain the actual building number on the street. I've loaded an offline map on Google because of high cost of roaming data in Bosnia and Serbia (non EU) and expected to get to the property where I made the reservation. But surprise when I got there the GPS left me in the middle of the street, in a mountain resort with villas hidden behind trees. I've called the property and didn't answered. I was lucky to find a young couple which by coincidence were staying at the same property. In the end the property answered the phone but to be honest I wouldn't have been able to find the property with the English level they had. So again, please put the entire address information in confirmation message and do not assume people will have access to internet during travelling. Even it was a new building and electric plug was hanging out a wall, when you travel with children these kind of details are important.

apartment is on the ground 3 windows and no curtains from inside ! they just have venetian blinds and they don’t cover windows 100% so people who are passing near apartment can see you easily . would not come back
