The villa was located in a nice community on Middle Bass Island. There was a shuttle bus to and from the ferry. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool, hot tub, bar, and restaurant were very close walking distance to our villa.

Both the couch and the bed needed replaced. Neither were up to par. Didn't sleep well the whole time we were there. Bathroom needed some updates and the landscaping was bad. Would not recommend

It had a nice front porch

The 2 inch thick bowl shaped mattress, small door openings, (Husband had to duck, and turn sideways to fit threw door) 1 mile walk to the place, 4 gallon hot water heater, camper sized shower and toilet, read fine print (no towels or bedding included) no numerical order on villas, couldn’t find the place, Not much for entertainment on the island. Loft was so small only a 5 year old would be comfortable in it.

Unit was not very clean. Sliding door needs a lock. Bathroom sink needs an areiator. No dust pan. Gas grill was a little sketchy.
