Brandneues Ferienhaus, das Ihr "Zuhause in der Ferne" sein kann, während Sie auf PEI sind? Dieser Neubau befindet sich auf der Sunset Lane in der malerischen Landschaft von Clinton mit Blick auf den Fluss Sou'west. Die Hütte ist mit einem ICF-Fundament mit 4 'Frostwänden ausgestattet, um die Dinge gemütlich zu halten. Einmal drinnen, finden Sie einen sauberen und hellen Grundriss mit weißen Verzierungen und Holzbalkendecken. Alle neuen Geräte in der Küche vervollständigen das moderne und dennoch beruhigende Gefühl des offenen Wohnbereichs. Jedes der drei Schlafzimmer hat einen großen Kleiderschrank, wobei der Meister einen doppelten Kleiderschrank und einen eigenen Zugang zum Vollbad hat. Das andere Vollbad beherbergt eine neue Waschmaschine und einen neuen Trockner nebeneinander. Gleich neben der Küche finden Sie einen großen Kleiderschrank neben dem Eingang der Seitentür. Queensize-Betten im Haupt- und 2. Schlafzimmer mit einem Etagenbett im 3. Schlafzimmer mit Doppel- und Einzelmatratzen. Mit Blick auf den Fluss von den Vorder- und Seitendecks werden Sie das Leben lieben. Der Whirlpool muss vor Juni 2020 außerhalb des Hauptdecks installiert und betriebsbereit sein. Drahtloses Internet, 3 Smart-Fernseher mit Satellit, Xbox One mit Spielen für Kinder. Sie sind nur fünf Minuten zu Meisterschaftsgolfplätzen, zwei Minuten zu Clinton Hills. Das Cottage bietet alles, was Sie sich wünschen können. Entspannen Sie sich und genießen Sie Ihren Aufenthalt im PEI-Paradies.

The location was beautiful and the cottage was spacious, airy and well equipped. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful when we experienced issues with the Wifi. Our family of 5 fully enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to others looking for a quiet place to stay on the island

We spent 3 nights at this beautiful cottage in PEI. It was very clean and looked very brand new inside. The cottage had everything we needed. It was a short drive to a local town to grab some groceries. It was 20 minutes to Cavendish and Cavendish beach. It felt like home. The only downside was not booking it for longer.

Visiting PEI is always special, and having a lovely cottage as a home base for two weeks made our time on the island even more enjoyable. It was well appointed, clean, comfortable and tranquil. We lacked nothing. Our host, Darcy, was wonderful. We would definitely love to return to 41 Sunset Lane!

The pictures don’t do this cabin justice. The inside is quaint, clean and comfortable and the deck was lovely to have a glass of wine or a cup of coffee and relax. We enjoyed our stay so much! I would highly recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This was a very clean house in a perfect location. It was in a very quiet area so it was nice to sit out and relax and look out at the water without having to worry about hearing neighbors or lots of cars. It was a great house for my family of 7 members and we would definitely recommend staying here.

Our stay at Lady Bug Lane was fantastic. I have been telling everyone about it. The bed was soooo comfortable that we missed out on a few excursions!! The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. Communicating with the property manager was quick,easy and pleasant. The view was spectacular. I highly recommend this property.

This cottage rhas pretty much everything a family of 6 would need for an enjoyable vacation: a well equipped kitchen, bar with stools, dining table for 6, living room area with tv, 3 bedrooms, including nice bunk beds, plus 3 tvs, barbecue and air conditioning, and patio doors onto a nice deck with wooden chairs. There are 2 bathrooms including a separate shower and washer and dryer. There’s loads of space outside for kids and dogs to run around. The final and most important characteristic is the magnificent view. Finally, the owner is very approachable and helpful .

We feel very fortunate to have found Darcy’s place in Clinton. This cottage is exactly as listed, if not better. Bright, clean, comfortable interior with panoramic views of the river from the living spaces and deck. Everything you could ask for was included in the cottage - it was just as easy to enjoy meals “at home” as it was to eat out. We used it as a home base to explore Cavendish and Kensington and it was so convenient! Just minutes to the hustle and bustle but you get to come home to peace and quiet. Two seniors, two adults, and two kids - it fit us perfectly. Don’t hesitate to book this one!

It’s very close to Kensington for groceries and the view was stunning. Darcy was very responsive before and during our trip and was overall an awesome host!

Very relaxing, enjoyed sitting on the deck taking in the view of the river. Close to amenities; golfing at Red Sands was 5 minutes away! Had an awesome day at Burlington Adrenaline Park with teenage kids. Awesome spot to chill with the family!

Wonderful location for us to visit family and be close to north shore beaches and towns for shopping and fun.
Only reason I gave it a 4 star was listing online said check out at 11 but cleaners came at 10. They were lovely though and we chatted as we waited for our baby to wake from a quick nap and we’re very understanding. Overall fantastic stay and would Most definitely recommend and come back!

What a wonderful stay. Wish we could have stayed more than 3 nights. Darcy's place was more than an Vrbo. It was just like staying at home. Full marks for providing all the comforts.
The view from the cottage is breadth taking. The live lobsters from Stanley Corner was out of this world. The 6 of us had such a wonderful time we were talking about it all the way back to Ottawa. Trust Darcy's place if you are looking forward to a enjoyable, peaceful, relaxing stay in PEI.

Family vacation
Darcy's place is awesome for a family vacation with lots of playing areas outside for kids and dogs. He is really accomodating and he replies to your questions within the hour. It's close to Cavendish which is a bonus.
