Nice home, close to town. The check in process was very easy. Home was equipped with most everything you would need. The clam digging in ocean park was excellent. The checkout process was easy. We would definately rent this place again. Thank you for letting us use your home, we had an awesome time!

We were looking for a few quiet days and got just what we wanted. The property was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities one would want. The only glitch was the 'air freshener' which had an overpowering smell and we had to take it outside for the duration.

This is a great property! Home has everything you need. Not too far out of town, good walk if you are up to it! Very clean inside and out. Owners have added nice touches to inside, you really feel at home. Plan to rent again!

Great house. Kitchen is well equipped with all essentials. In fact, the best amount of essentials I have experienced having while renting houses. 10-15 min walk to the beach. Beach was great, not overcrowded since it is away from the downtown. House is very clean. Suitable for our family with two kids and two adults. Check in and check out process is easy. The house is located on a quiet street but very close to a main strip with a grocery store and restaurants. Thanks much for having us.

We enjoyed the house very much. I do have one suggestion that the ceiling to be dusted because there was a lot of cobwebs.

Close to town and walked to breakfast twice. Clean and spacious house with comfortable beds. Would stay there again for sure!

We just wanted to have a quiet weekend with my Aunt and Uncle to play cards and visit. We had a double wedding with them in 1965. So we have both had long lives together and enjoyed visiting and playing cards. The operation of the tv was quite confusing for all of us. We never found the news or regular tv shows, but we did all try to operate. More instuctions would have been nice. The house seemed really full of stuff. There could have been less stuff. It was nice to have the cleaning service charge so we didn't have to clean before we left. It was like a hotel, but nicer. The bed linens etc. could have been a little nicer. All in all it was great.

This home was a last minute find and even better than we expected. The neighborhood was quiet and a short walk to the beach or into town. The kitchen had any/all appliances that you need to cook with and then some. Everything was tidy and clean and we had no issues.

The kitchen and a superbly stocked. The owner is super responsive and accommodating. Neighborhood feels safe. House is perfect for a beach getaway. Fun. Would recommend you send a heads up so they clean it throughly.

This was a great property for our family with a 4yo and 6yo. Being a parent of young kids we can "tell" when a place is setup for small children and this place definitely was. The kids LOVED the bunk beds and now call this place "their home away from home." Also very clean and in great shape.

We stayed here in the late fall for a family getaway amid Covid. The location is a nice sort distance from the beach. We went on several walks and I did a few morning runs along the paths and sand. The house had comfortable couches and nice tvs for us to relax in the evening. And the kitchen was well supplied, so we had no trouble making a fairly complex Thanksgiving meal! A great place to stay with kids of any age, or just for a pair of couples looking for a nice getaway.

Oven had dripping grease, a safety issue for sure. Used covid face masks found under beds. Owners response was disappointing at the very least. Would not recommend the property unless owner can provide a pre-rental guarantee regarding cleanliness. In the current climate involving viruses and the importance of cleanliness, this owner needs to improve his service.
