Condo is okay but not the best we have stayed at this beach. Only room for 5 at dining table and tv watching. Linens in second bedroom had a lot of "pills". Recliners on couch did not work. No cleaning behind the couch. TV's really small. No amenities at all so bring everything from salt/pepper to laundry items. Refrigerator not cooling but Beach Place management was really great on lending us one while other repaired. However, even the repair did not keep food really cold.Good location across from John's Pass. Remember you are close to public parking so beach gets crowded especially on weekends.

Loved our stay in room 210. The only complaint I would have is there’s not enough towels and washcloths for the total occupancy of unit. Other than that it was great! Love the location! Have stayed at Beach Place many times.

We enjoyed our stay at Beach Place. It was nice being able to eat at nice restaurants and not have to drive any where. The only complaint I have and it's not really a complaint: the smaller bedroom in this unit needs a ceiling fan and a tv, the unit needs a vacuum cleaner, and the sheets on the king bed felt like sandpaper. The unit could use some more forks.

Great location across street from John’s pass where there is large selection of shopping and restaurants. Room was clean and large with decent furniture. Beds comfortable nice balcony with view of beach and sunsets. Management very responsive. Lots of towels great to have washer and dryer in room along with ice maker. Could use a deep cleaning (faucets etc) but livable. Nice pool area although we only stayed on beach.

Great location especially for families with kids. John's pass has a lot to offer. Only negative is the cleaning fee. We were there 2 weeks, kids left after week one, no one checked on us to see if we needed things like toilet paper, linen etc. Friends came the second week but we had to clean bed sheets, linen, vacuum etc. No cleaning person during our stay. But we left the place clean and followed laundry rules.

Stayed at Beach Place #210. The condo flooring and along the tile was very dirty. The master bath need some painting and cleaning. The vents in the master and the living room were dirty and moldy. We realize the condo cannot be cleaned top to bottom after each rental, but the dirt we saw was a buildup of over time. A tampon laid by the pool for 6 days until my husband threw it away.

Great location, family vacations in this strip of condos for over 25 years. We love the area. Overall, Unit 210 is dated and the lack of re-investment by its owners is apparent. Charging premium prices ($4K week) to have dated furniture/mattresses carpet that is worn, dirty, faded, and couches that look like they were picked up at a yard sale is not how I will spend my money moving forward. There are much better units at this property or surrounding properties, I recommend those units.

First, the view is fantastic. But…..there were ants in the kitchen, little tiny ones. The shower door in the master doesn’t close, (we used a bungee cord) and hasn’t been fixed in many months. The dryer needs to have the vent cleaned out before there’s a fire. Takes two to three hours to dry a load. The late night noise was horrible! I’m talking all night!we were very disappointed. Oh yes, the big burner on the front of stove doesn’t work. We won’t be back.

The condo was large, but the dryer took 3 hrs for 1 load, floors were disgusting, the master shower door did not shut and poured water out, there was food and previous tenant toys under the furniture, & every light switch and door frame had filth from prior tenants. Overall we had an amazing time. The property needs some updates. The carpet is very old and needs cleaned. The dryer doesn't work well at all.
But that is all minor. We had a great time, the location is awesome!

Family vacation
The location of the property was excellent. However I was disappointed after reading other reviews about the same problems that we had , hadn’t been fixed. Our dryer in our unit didn’t get a bit hot. The maintenance and told us the coils weren’t getting hot and it never was addressed again. Also , the cable box in the master bedroom didn’t work . For the price that I paid per night, I thought it should have been addressed and fixed. The unit needs carpet ripped up and the feather pillows thrown away. I am very allergic to feathers and the carpet holding sand wasn’t good on my allergies for sure . After I found the feathers we just stored the pillows in the closet. I will be sure to pay attention to the next one I reserve and ask about the flooring for sure. The location was very convenient .

Great Location
The condo is in a great location walking distance to almost everything. Check in process was easy and we even was able to get in early. Only downfalls are pool closes early so no night swimming, condo can use some upgrades pretty outdated and dryer doesn’t work. Otherwise it was great.

That being said I do want to mention a few items that are in desperate need of repair one the sliding door onto the balcony is so difficult to open it’s almost impossible, too the washing machine will not work we spent half of our time just trying to get it to spin out some towels. Very few towels were located in the condo itself. We went and bought some additional towels.

John’s Pass has more of a Spring break atmosphere but I didn’t want to drive and being so close to everything worked out great. I was in walking distance to restaurants, music, shops, water sport rentals etc. The sunsets from the balcony were beautiful. For the most part the guest did respect the quiet hours. I would recommend this rental if you want to be busy and walking distance to lots of activities.

Great Location
Great location across the street from John’s Pass a s next to the canal. Condo totally met our needs, very spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Madeira Beach is beautiful and clean and you can walk for miles.

In Need of Repair
Shower door didn’t close. Carpeting worn and stained. Balcony furniture ripped, faded. TV in one bedroom didn’t work. Needed painting and updating. Location was perfect.

Great location!!!
You can't beat this location! We had wonderful views of the Gulf right from our balcony and could watch the sunset. The pool was also great and there were plenty of lounge chairs. Check in/out was very smooth and quick. The condo had everything we needed, including washer and dryer (although dryer took forever to dry). We were just across the street from John's Pass which has all sorts of great shopping, eating and entertainment. We would definately come back!
