We had an absolute blast at the Casa Del Mar! What an amazing property! Dmitri was great through the planning process, offering help and recommendations for everything we needed for our trip. The property is spectacular. The home is fully equipped with everything you need to cook or enjoy the pool and courtyard. The rooms inside the house were large and beautifully decorated.
The location and beach are spectacular.The ocean was the perfect temperature and the waves subtle enough so that you didn't have to worry about getting knocked over. The beach was basically all ours with only a couple other people in sight. Amazing experience overall!

This property is perfect for two families or groups traveling together. It sits close to the beach (2 houses back) so catches a nice breeze and the pool is great. The kitchen is modern, well stocked and we cooked most nights since restaurants are not super close by and service is generally slow. Our biggest complaint (and it seems to be a recurring theme among these reviews) is that the property manager is not easy to get in touch with and doesn’t have much follow through. We inquired about the possibility of an early check in but received no reply so arrived on time and she was still cleaning. One unit was very clean and the other seemed unfinished. The propane tanks for the gas grill were both empty upon arrival and we didn’t get replacements for 24+ hours and had to request multiple times. The sheets for the pull out sofas did not fit (twin size for a double bed in one unit and king on double in another) and the air conditioners on the 2nd floor of both units did not work well at all. Wi-Fi was spotty and we did not receive any of the major network channels on the tv. There are no written instructions from the owner/manager regarding expectations upon check out and no directions as to how to operate things. We love the Bahamas & have traveled to the Caribbean many times so understand that life there moves at a slower pace but feel the property could be greatly improved if the property manager seemed a more prepared/responsive.

We were 2 families with teenagers, a total of 4 adults and 3 teenagers. We had more than enough room; the property could easily accommodate more. We stayed 5 nights. We enjoyed the pool and grilling out at the house. The beds were comfy (except the pull out couch, but those never are), and the separate AC units for each room were nice! We were just steps from the beach! We spent a lot of time on the beach, watching the sunrise, swimming, relaxing, and using the SUP/kayak that were provided.
Gabby was super nice and accommodated our request for an early check in and late check out.
We had the best time and highly recommend Casa Del Mar!

Casa Del Mar is beautiful. We had 13 total people with three small children under the ages of five. Dimitri and Gabby were very accommodating to our needs and quick to reply with all of our questions. We loved the pool between the two villas and having the two villas gave us more privacy. The beach in front of the villas was great and we spent two of our days beachside.

We had a week with two families with young kids at this property. We had the best visit! The two homes were perfect for us to have our own space but have joint meals together. The kids lived in the pool and the ocean was just steps away. The property was fully stocked and the managers incredibly responsive. Exuma is gorgeous and we visit every year. This is one we would definitely return to!

The facilities were excellent forl letting the whole family do their own thing what with two complete kitchens and dining areas.
The only problem that I had was I found Gabby difficult to get a hold of when I wanted something.
Overall we had a great experience and would recommend this property to families who want a relaxing vacation. I would suggest that people rent a car from Exuma Automotive Rentals. They were great to deal with and are located a short walk from Casa Del Mar. [email protected]

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the location and all amenities of the property. The house manager Gabby was really, really helpful with all our requests and questions. We had her mom cook one night and had a wonderful meal. The beach is great to walk on and we thought it was fun to walk down to the bar about a 15 min walk away for a drink. We loved the water bike tour recommended by the host, the trip to Moriah Harbor Cay National Park was beautiful.

We had a great time! Great location! Excellent communication with property manager!!! We had some issues with the oven going in and out and internet interrupting due to weather but easily fixed. The pool was a bit green when we got there and the filter didn’t seem to work but they immediately sent people out to fix it! Overall was great and would stay again!!

The property was great and just as advertised. The location was fantastic, the beach extraordinary and empty. Unfortunately we did not realize it was regatta week so Georgetown and its restaurants were not feasible and food stores were short on supply. Overall it was great. My only suggestion is to avoid Thompson's car rental, the owner is an extortionist. john m.

This was our first time to Bahamas, the property is located very close to the airport. Extremely clean and very nicely designed with top notch decor. The pool is awesome. Pool toys and snorkels are present for kids to use, so no need to pack. Dmitri and Gabby are very responsive, within the hour. I could not believe it when I saw a few paddle boards and kayak for us to use (provided by the host). You simple don't find this kind amenity provided for free in the US. All of us used the paddle boards, and my friend and I, kayaked to the neighbouring island on a quiet day. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. There is a volley ball court at the back, which we utilized also. The kids loved it.
They have 3 properties, strategically designed so all have an ocean view, even if you are at the back; each with a separate private pool. The front property is fabulous, next time we would like to rent it if available.

Wonderful, top notch home with a very nice layout. We enjoyed spending time on the top floor patios with drinks, overlooking the turquoise water. The beach is, for the lack of other words, stunning. The villa has absolutely everything you need. The bedroom suites had fabulous bedding and towels. The pool has two outdoor showers which is perfect for coming in from the beach. Gabby was so sweet and easy to work with. The views are spectacular! We visited many beaches while there. There are no bad beaches!

We have just returned from our holiday at the Casa del Mar and we wish we were still there. The weather was perfect all week, the accommodations were amazing for our two families. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor common area and spent a lot of time there when not at the beach. We really enjoyed the upper deck in the morning and watching the sunrise. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, modern and really comfortable. The kitchen and living room were great and well supplied and we would have spent more time up there if there was bad weather but as it was 26 and sunny every single day we soaked up all that goodness outside. The outdoor volleyball court was great as we had 7 teens/young adults who all play volleyball. Thank you Dimitri and Gabby for a wonderful stay.

We were group of 4 adults and 2 children. The accommodations were outstanding and beyond our expectations. The beach is breathtaking and we enjoyed many walks and the stunning views.
We spend a lot of time by the pool and the set up is fantastic for the kids and we were sheltered from the wind. Gabby and Dmitri helped us to arrange a few day trips and other sheltered beaches. Swimming with the turtles was our favorite! Great memories were made

Overall we had an amazing stay. The individual that we communicated with while staying on the island was Gabi. She was great. Very friendly and helpful. Dmitri was very helpful and informative before arrival and during booking. They gave us a lot of details and guides for activities and restaurants on the island. The check-in process was not as smooth because there were no instructions like "to meet someone there" or to call or if there was a key with a lockbox. But it all worked out fine. The house was very nice and had everything we needed and was pretty luxury. Obviously the destination is even more amazing! Must VISIT! The house is about 2 minute walk down the path to the most gorgeous private beach! Also made friends with the locals and the 2 taxi drivers that we used were amazing! As well as the private boat tour we chartered on our last day.
