the house is clean and tidy. the location is very good. there are big supermarket and convenience shop nearby, just 5 mins walking distance. The host always replied prompty. there are 2 toilets and 1 bathroom. it's highly recommend to family and friend trip.

it’s a lovely townhouse with everything you need, host is sooo nice and helpful, he came to help us set up the hot water in the middle of the night after we asked for help, i could not be more grateful for his kindness!

Charming and so good for family. We had two families travelling together to Japan and this place was an absolute oasis. We spread out and rested together.

Nothing. We didn’t see the host and only communicated via message, but everything was there and spot on. Host communicated really well, if you message them, they would message back within minutes. You could tell they have put lots of thought to cater for every need. The place has absolutely everything you need, including a movie projector and spotlessly clean. Had 3 toilets and our big group of 8 very. comfortably stayed there. Close to a huge supermarket / super mall, so we ended up shopping for local ingredients to cook up a feast at the accommodation. Kitchen has everything you need to self cater and we ended saving money by not eating out.

Very much suitable for family travellers who intend to cook and need more space to lounge around. It is also very near to an Aeon Mall.

It is located in a sub-urb. So it is not quite near to the city. Suitable for those travellers by car.

The house is clean and tidy. The facilities are good and convenient to have a parking. The house is very well priced. And I would return when come back to Kyoto next time.
