Amazing staff, reception and Zoe in the restaurant, the food and the views were amazing. The ambiance was very relaxed with chilled out music. Great room and will 100% be back.

There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property

We stayed in the Hurst room, it was like a cave not able to see out of the windows as they were frosted glazing with batons attached to the outside. The coffee machine only gave Luke warm water, and cleary did not work. It had no shower only a bath with a shower head, which the staff seemed to think was called a shower my partner being 6ft4 found it difficult because of the sloping ceiling to get in and out of the bath tub. The pillows I would not even let my dog sleep on hardly any foam or internal filling and had not been renewed in a very long time. We had a confirmation booking to the inform us that the restaurant was shut on the Monday and Tuesday one day before our arrival. The staff were not very attentive when dining, and we were not impressed with the continental breakfast and the lack of items that were available on the menu. And to add to it all a car alarm kept going off all night outside the room. We could also here the conversation in the next room quite clearly.

The location was perfect lovely and peaceful Dinner and breakfast was very nice Room was nice and big and warm Staff were very friendly

Penthouse!! needs a little attention As 2 sets of patio doors 1 part of each door was blown ( condensation) between glass panels so this could be replaced And doors really didn’t line up as could see daylight in some places around the whole unit The middle part of the settee was dirty with crumbs / hair/ dust which was unpleasant to See

No working shower! No views at all from our room?? Next trip we will stay somewhere else , but will definitely eat at the restaurant…

The alarm was on for 30 mins at least at 1:30-ish but no staffs went and switched off. Second the room service just took forever after ordered and paid. The qr code wasn’t working at all.

Loved everything

A lovely over night stay at the Pebbles - staff were superb. We didnt eat here but had lovely drinks and nibbles on their terrace. Great location and views of the coast and needles.

The only negatives - the bed is very low in the room and the bathroom was super clean but a little dated.

Good Location.

Breakfast starts at 9.30am and was slow on the first day. Breakfast choice could include fruit, cereals as well as a main cooked option.

Beautifully decorated. Very Clean. Great positioning with view of the sea.

The location was excellent. The restaurant food was outstanding. The rooms were well equipped and very comfortable.

Our room was very hot, even with air conditioning on . There were also two fans in the room that could be used that helped .

Rooms very close together. People in next room were banging on door when telly on and it's not even that loud. You could also hear other person telly too

The staff! Food was exquisite. Menu choice and specials each day were fabulous. Food always hot. lots of hot water and having a bath in the bathroom was wonderful. Air conditioning in the room was excellent. products in the bathroom were excellent too. Room cleaning each day very good.

Would have been good to have either coat hooks on back of main bedroom door or on the wall next to the wardrobe for wet coats. Carpet needed a clean. Valance around divan needed washing. Super-king bed would have made the room more comfortable.

Rooms were nice and the location was spot on for walks down to the beach and for sitting out in the evening.

There was an event on whilst we stayed which was fine but it felt like all the staff were more worried about that than they were us. We weren’t greeted on arrival, weren’t informed about breakfast and weren’t greeted when going down to the restaurant for dinner. Also, the rooms were nice but the bathroom had no space to stand to have a shower so had to kneel in the bath which wasn’t ideal. And the walls are so thin you can literally hear EVERYTHING! We had a nice time but was slightly disappointed with the property overall.

Breakfast not being served until 9:30 - far too late when I had a long day cycling ahead. Ended up missing breakfast but had to wait until 9am to retrieve my bike from the store room - double whammy!

it isn’t a 4 stars Hotel!!! could be a Bed& Breackfast . Absolutely no services. Nobody at the Reception during the night and during the morning. In the morning the exit door was closed, nobody was at the “Reception”, nobody answered at the phone and at the emergency number off a mobile. we left the Hotel from the emergency door!!! Never again such bad experience!!! Please, be careful to show this kind of Hotel as a 4 Stars Hotel.

warm welcome on arrival, restaurant and bar was modern and inviting all the staff either smiled and asked if we were ok or said hello as they walked past. We decided to have dinner at the restaurant, as after having drinks earlier we really liked the feel so thought we’d give it a try. we had a lovely meal and weren’t disappointed! the rooms were lovely and clean we had a good night sleep . For the continental breakfast we weren’t expecting much tbh, but we had freshly baked croissants, toast a small charcuterie board, fresh fruit salad and yogurt juices and teas and coffees. we certainly didn’t leave hungry!!
