Been coming to Honolulu often and this was one of my favorite places we have stayed at. The unit is spacious with lot amenities. We made use of the kitchen and table of yet, which from the table you have a beautiful view and feel nice Hawaii air breeze through with faint sounds of the waves, kids playing, people laughing and the city in general. Definitely recommend.

Good location

This unit was more that just what we needed. Good accommodation at a reasonable price. Would recommend for a group of 4.

Room was adequate. We were able to walk to shopping and beach.

Worked well for us

Overall this condo was a great place to stay in Waikiki and in Oahu in general. It had great views of the city and the ocean. It was very close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It was walking distance to everything which was really great. One can stay here during their whole stay without needing to rent a car. The room was very clean and was furnished with pretty much everything that we need. The kitchen which was equipped with a stove, cooking utensils, sink, and fridge was a big money saver as we are able to cook breakfast everyday. The owner also provided us with boards and chairs to bring to the beach which was an added bonus. I want to give my review five starts but I have to deduct one star as we suffered bites from bed bugs during our stay. Luckily, Royal Garden has a free laundry facility so we were able to wash the sheets. I hope the owner addresses this issue for the next tenants of this lovely condo. The pillows were also turning yellow so I would also recommend to the owner to replace these. But other than these, I highly recommend this place as a great place to stay in Waikiki.

My family and I stayed here for a week and everything is exactly as listed. Asides from the extremely clean place, the location is close to transit, a 10 minute walk to the beach and the heart of Waikiki. Would definitely come again.

I really liked the place as it had a fantastic location. I loved that it was inside the hotel; however, this came with a few flaws like the ability to go and ask for towels/toilet paper things like that as they were only for actual residents. It wasn't a big deal though as I knew it is what we paid for and grabbed some from the local store. Also, on arrival we got there at 3:15pm and the lady was still cleaning in our room which was a bit odd and told us to come back in an hour. We are pretty laid back so we did but thought it was strange. I would 100% recommend this place to someone who is not too high maintenance and looking to really experiencing hawaii. The location was definitely the selling point.

The condo is as described in the listing. The check in process was not clear and the hot did not respond to any messages. They did answer my phone call so we were able to get the code to enter the condo. We had a travel delay due to weather and ask to stay another night. We didn’t get any response from the host, so we checked out on time and had to go to a different hotel.

Loved the property

We stayed for 2 weeks with a family of 4. Waikiki beach is about a 15 min walk. We were able to find parking at the parking meters or on the canal when we had our rental car. Kids enjoyed the pool.

Small condo with kitchenette. Lovely location. Nicely appointed. Parking in the area is expensive.

Unit was exactly as described and the location was perfect for our stay. You cannot beat this price too. Host was communicative even when we had problems with the tv. I loved the free use of the laundry facilities. Parking in the attached garage was valet only for $40/day (which we did use on day 1) but found street parking on the same street for only $3/hour and used that thereafter. Overall, I’d stay here again with my family if we come back!

Nice appartment; but dirty dishes and dirty fridge. The towels and linens were not really clean and had holes. Very nice view and good located to reach different places by bus.

Free laundry service was super handy. Great location close to plenty of restaurants shops and the main beach (all walking distance). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Hot tip - bring earplugs if you don't like hearing your neighbours getting frisky.

We really enjoyed are stay here as all the staff were friendly and professionally. Laundry room and gym were clean and perfect.

Unit was not very clean when we arrived. Cooking utensils had dried food on them, floor was dirty and gritty. One light in bathroom was missing a bulb. One light in kitchen was missing bulbs and second light was inop. 2 calls to property manager before lights were fixed. Location was good.

Stayed a week. Fit our families needs. We opted to pay for the parking for our rental car and glad we did street parking is hard to come by. Easy location to get around. We didn’t spend much time on the room because there’s so much beauty to see but was nice to be able to cook a hot breakfast and a fridge to keep things to cold as we backed a cooler each day.

We absolutely loved the place and it’s location close to the beach! I will stay here again in the future. It is just as it is described!

We had an amazing experience over all in Hawaii. The people are very friendly. The room was pretty comfy and the view was amazing. Very beautiful to wake up and before going to bed. We had everything we needed and the property has everything we needed as far as free washroom and dryer, pool, recreation room, gym. Parking was the only issue but you can find parking if you get there before nigh.

It was perfect for what we were looking for. It was less expensive than many properties in the area, which allowed us to do more things while we were there. That being said, the bathroom could use a little TLC. The shower curtain was cheap and the clips were broken so there was water on the floor after each use. There was no fan which made the bathroom foggy. We did get locked out of our room on the last day, called the number and immediately got back in, so the communication was excellent from start to finish. Would rent here again!

What I liked: the price, location, and cleanliness of the unit. All of these are excellent. We went to Oahu to visit a friend. Looking for units that don't break the bank turned out to be tough, especially after my earlier booking was cancelled two weeks before my trip. I was very happy to find this place at around the same price point. The location is in Waikiki, about a five or ten minute walk from Luxury Row. Parking is terrible here, so we decided to keep it simple and pay $38 for valet, which included in/out privileges. And like I said, the unit is clean and orderly. No problems there. What I didn't like: For a unit that has two beds and access to a pool, we expected to find more than one beach towel. Yes, there were enough bath towels for our family of four, but beach/pool towels are needed if you either go to the beach or the pool and then return for a shower. I sent a message to the host our first night there and never received a reply. When I asked the front desk about pool towels I learned their policy is to only share them with units that are timeshares, not STR.

We stayed here for 3 days and had no real problems. It’s a nice location in Waikiki, waking to everything. One problem we ran into is parking, we didn’t want to valet the car so had to hunt around for spots.

My daughter and I enjoyed this condo for 5 nights and it was fantastic! Clean, in good repair, building is awesome, close to everything Waikiki- I would definitely stay again!

Description was accurate. Clean place, great setup for myself and 3 kids. Location was great, short 10-15 min walk to all the action. Parking rate is now $38/day (noon-noon). I would stay here again…thanks!

Just what we needed far from busy Waikiki closed to the places that have visited

Excellent property! Excellent customer service from check in to check out. On site staff were wonderful and very helpful. Instructions provided by Tony were very easy to follow. I had a mix up with my room change when I arrived and because I didn’t read an email sent closely I ended up opening the door to the wrong room. It was almost midnight and I didn’t know what to do but get a hotel for the night until I can figure this out. Early the next morning I read each email from Tony closely and saw that my room number had changed. I was also contacted first thing that morning about my mix up which they apologized for several times. They also offered to pay for my hotel stay! Can’t say enough positive things about the customer service from EVERYONE. The room was PERFECT which had all of the amenities. Very, very clean, beds were comfortable and the high table with chairs were great. The bathroom is a great size, shower worked well no issues with the bathroom. The kitchen had your basic things, plates, bowls, cups, pots and pa a for cooking. The silverware is in a drawer by the microwave. Thought I would mention that since I couldn’t find it in the kitchen. The full size refrigerator was perfect since we drink a lot of water and juices. You have access to the gym and laundry room which was great. This room was perfect from top to bottom and I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was very convenient and walking distance from the heart of Waikiki. I would highly recommend this location to anyone on a small vacation budget. I would definitely stay at this location again. Thank you to Tony and his team for making my stay wonderful!

The condo was clean and had a good view. The location is convenient. We enjoyed the stay especially because the condo has two full size bed instead of a king or queen and a sofa bed. Makes our stay very comfortable. Only suggestion is to provide a cutting board :) But we managed to use the plates as the cutting board.
