We were a family of 10, 6 adults & 4 children. The backyard with the pool and grotto were fabulous. Many great memories were made here. Even on the 2 rainy days we were still very comfortable inside, plenty of room for us all, the pinball and basketball arcade got plenty of use as well as the pool table and foosball. Close to shopping and restaurants. Host responded immediately to any concerns we had, couldn’t have asked for a nicer place, highly recommend it and would love to go back!

This property was perfect for our 6 day stay! The pool is hands down all the entertainment you will need with kids. Loved that there was a grocery store 1 mile a away and bonus was it had a Starbucks inside. Would definitely stay here again.

This house is incredible and a great vacation home. We surprised the kids and they were in shock. It was so hard to leave. The pool was everyone’s favorite part and can’t wait to come back!

We stayed for 2 weeks around Easter, as a group of 3 adults and 3 kids over from the UK to visit extended family who live locally in Queen Creek. Overall we had a really great time at this property. It’s comfortable, spacious and in a nice neighbourhood, and the indoor games (pool table, foosball, arcade machine, basketball game) were fun and made it a great place for our group to hang out together. But what really sets this place apart from other rentals we’ve booked is the amazing pool and outdoor space. We payed extra for the gas pool heat and it was definitely worth it, as it consistently kept the pool between 86f and 90f despite some cold April nights. We particularly enjoyed evenings in the backyard - with the multicoloured pool lights on, BBQ’ing on the grill or doing s’mores over the firepit. The only downside is that our kids loved it so much, they got upset any time we suggested eating out or leaving the house to do a day trip! You have been warned! The other highlight for us was the host. We had a couple of minor queries during our stay, and Doug was super-responsive and very friendly. When we ran out of water for the fridge one morning (fridge is fed with bottled water which tasted way better than Gilbert tap water), Doug was at our door with more water in less than 10 minutes! We’d definitely rent this place again next time we’re in the area. That pool is unbeatable!

A perfect house for a large group. The pool kept everyone entertained for hours. The inside activities-pop a shot/pool/arcade were a huge hit, as well. We paid extra to have the pool "super" heated and it was so worth it. Even with less than great temps outside (60s), kids could swim all day. The house had plenty of room for our group and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Some people in our group thought it was too far from Scottsdale, but we all liked the downtown Gilbert area. The required cleaning at check-out was simple and reasonable-unlike some other VRBO properties. I'd highly recommend this house.

We could not get pool or TV to work. The IPad for pool and tv just need to be re-set/cleared. Feel this could have been avoided by checking when getting set up for next guest. Lack of detailed instructions. Nice fire pit...to bad there were no instructions on how to use it and my husband had to adjust rocks for fire to work properly. Amenities: No kids dishes. Massage Chair - only top works. Leg position was stuck up. No Shampoo No Card - found to partial decks Basketball game didn't work - after new batteries Cleanliness Complete fail for me. It was very surfaced cleaned at best. All ceiling fans and light fixtures are dirty. Globes had bugs in them. All rooms could use a good dusting. Master bed/bath: Found a vape pen and kids toy in night stand. Both clocks were dead. No transition strip from carpet to tile - watch your feet. Bedroom(s) Closet door was not on track - broken Outlets not working Two of light bulbs were dead in ceiling fan Lamp bulb burnt out Walls were beat up still had nails/screws in them. Upstairs Bathroom: Fan hanging down from ceiling and dirty Garbage left under sink Hand towel holder broken It stated it has a heated pool - no where does it mention a $125 charge to heat past 80 told at check in. We decided to heat it Friday to get a response of you need to pay that for each day to even out the cost. Additional $625. Then it was 197.76 to bring to temp +125.00. In the end only charged 125.00. Ask Detailed Questions!!!!!

A very nice property in a great location close to the airport, dining and attractions. We were definitely stay here again. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate for us to use the beautiful pool as we had hoped.

We booked this property for a 3-night getaway with another couple in the middle of our trip to Arizona. Let’s start off with the highlight…the backyard and pool are amazing! Hands down the nicest and biggest backyard pool we have experienced at a VRBO. A few of the lounge chairs could be replaced, but plenty of comfortable seating in the sunshine. The pool is heated to 80 in the cost of the rental, but if you want it heated beyond that, there is a $125 daily fee. We paid the fee and the pool was comfortably in the mid-80s for our stay. Both King bedrooms are located upstairs, which could be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. We spent the afternoons poolside and it was wonderful. The kitchen is well equipped, and the water from the refrigerator is fed from bottles, so no need to bring a case of drinking water like we did. Door Dash delivered to us from all over the place as we decided to “dine in” during our stay to just enjoy the amenities of the home. If you haven’t tried Twisted Sugar cookies, do so! The owners were responsive and our stay was enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Very nice property; plenty of room for our group of 8. Even got to enjoy the pool on a sunny February day. Property manager very responsive to a few minor things that came up - thanks! Suggest putting dresser (or two) in the bedrooms so guests can unload their luggage if spending more than a few days and maybe having a few pool floats available. Neighborhood provided a great place for daily walks. Would stay here if we travel to the area again.

We were very pleased with this rental property. Very clean, excellent location, comfortable beds, great surround system for TV, and the backyard & pool are top notch. We will DEFINITELY be back.

10 of us stayed 11 nights over Christmas and New Year’s, and had room for everyone. Only draw back was no twin beds, but it worked out. The property manager was easy to get ahold of to answer any questions and lived close by. Nice quiet residential neighborhood. The pool was great and kept the kids busy with the water features. The weather was a little cooler then expected, but we opted for the secondary gas pool heater, which kept the water 85-86 degrees, even though the outside temperature was in the low 60’s. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. Thank you Doug.

The house was clean and comfortable and centrally located. We flew to Phoenix for my niece's wedding in Queen Creek and were pleased to find many amenities such as extra towels, paper goods and an iron and ironing board for last minute touch-ups. The games, upstairs and down were enjoyed by all. Will definitely book again.

2nd time here and we always enjoy! We come at thanksgiving and stay for almost two weeks. Owner is always helpful. Thanks Doug!

Couldn't have asked for a better house for our week long stay. Kids were perfectly content in the backyard, playing in the pool. They thought of it all when in comes to thinking about what families need on vacation. Lots of space, clean, stocked kitchen, great location and of course the backyard and pool.

This is an amazing property..and the pool is overly AMAZING!! Brought kids and grandkids with us. Between the spacious house with arcade games and the awesome pool, it was like being in our own private resort. The kids had soo much fun. Many memories made. There is nothing lacking at this property. It’s just like all the pics depict. The owner is great and quick to respond to any questions or needs. We will come back!

Very nice home, close to restaurants, coffee and shopping. Owner stopped by to do weekly pool maintenance…very nice to talk with. Only recommendation would be to update mattresses in the bedrooms but otherwise no complaints.

Doug's property (and Doug) were amazing for our small family reunion and grandmas birthday. The pool facilities were top notch and the home is high quality. We will most definitely stay here again when visiting the Phoenix area. Perfect for two small families to be together and enjoy relaxing.

To say this is an amazing home is an understatement. This home has everything you can imagine and even some that you wouldn't dream of like an actual Pac-Man machine! We all had an absolute blast. The pool with the rope swing and slide was a huge hit. Quiet safe neighborhood and everything was very clean and comfortable. Doug is an absolute pleasure to rent from. This was our 2nd time at this home and again, it did not disappoint ! So much room for everyone and the pool is just amazing ! We love how close the home is to all of our favorite places too ! Absolutely amazing ghome, amazing host and an amazing good time !!

Our family had a wonderful stay. The home was well stocked with everything to make your stay memorable. The pool was out of this world fun!

Great location, pool was great. Disappointed in the cleanliness of the house, there was bubble gum stuck in the corner of the shower. We canceled the last 2 days of our stay 2 months prior and only received about 1/4 of what we should have. We felt taken advantage of since it was advertised as a full refund if you canceled. In hindsight we should have canceled and rebooked even if we would have had to take a different property.
