We loved everything about the property! It was truly made to feel like a home away from home. They have everything you could possibly need for a family with thoughtful amenities placed everywhere (books to read, board games to play, extra pillows, extra blankets, etc.). It’s also close to hiking trails and the beach!

Nur ein Bad mit Badewanne verfügbar. Die Toilette in diesem Bad war defekt und konnte während unseres Aufenthaltes offenbar nicht repariert werden, obwohl Vacasa umgehend auf verschiedenen Wegen informiert worden war.

Very welcoming and comfortable place with great amenities and views. Everything is very well done, great views and access to the beach and redwoods.

They have a washer and dryer available and a fully stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the location being close to a secluded beach, which we used the bikes to get to! Gorgeous redwood trails are not far of a drive away, either! The property overlooks tidy cow pastures which we found charming.

There are no blinds/curtains on the living room/kitchen windows which was a bit uncomfortable at night. The guest book needs updating/consolidating/TLC. Wanted to use the pool table and ping pong but they were packed in/in disrepair.

I loved the location&scenery and the windows! Good size property. Beautiful home, loved the spacious floor plan and all the amenities: well equipped kitchen, towels, etc, the fact I wasn’t asked to do much cleaning before I leave other than any messes we made but not even sweeping was mentioned, & there was even a sign asking you NOT to wash the towels & sheets, easy check in&out, even the books, games, toys, bikes, etc. available. Oh! This might seem silly but they had suitcase stands for every bedroom and I really appreciate that because a lot of places don’t have them or enough of them including most hotels and they’re so helpful to have.

I don’t have any complains about the property really. The table in the kitchen is a nice concept but it’s not so stable, especially with kids. And everyone wanted to eat in there because of the giant windows so they could watch the cows. I think the long table and chairs in the lowest level bedroom would be better suited there or something like it. It was a little difficult to deal with property mgmt company for things like payment or questions but they’re clearly know how to make a great stay. Probably could use a little more instructions/guidance for your stay in the info binder, like specifically say they don’t need you to sweep or what they want you to do with used towels before leaving.

It was dark at night. The sunroom was a nice place to read. It was close to the coast and the redwood forests. It was quiet. The weather was wonderfully cool in the day and night during the heatwave in the rest of the state and country. The basket of throws was a nice touch, I often had one over my shoulders.

The big clock that didn't work was annoying. The upstairs was initially stuffy and one of the windows couldn't be opened because the screen was so deteriorated. (Screen important because of flies from cows.) The propane smell in the garage was a concern. Propane tanks should not be stored in the garage. The combination lock was so fussy.

It's nice and quiet. A great place to get away from the noise of the city

Not necessarily a dislike, but future guests should know that due to is remote location, you will need to plan ahead for food, such as getting a bunch of groceries from a market before coming to the house.

I loved how this was both a farm experience and a beach experience.

The power went out for a little bit the first morning and knowing that we should be aware of sensitivity to the water pump is something that I would have liked more of a heads up.
