We enjoyed the property, it was new construction and clean. I would suggest the owner add more wash cloths, mixing bowls, and a baking pan. The only negative was the owners requesting we wash all linen and towels. I have never been asked to do this and I am not spending my last day doing laundry. I put everything in the laundry room and started a load.

We enjoyed the house it had plenty of room for 3 people to stay in separate rooms. Clean and the owner responded to any questions quickly. Nice quite neighborhood to sleep in for a couple of nights.

The house filled our needs with three beds, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, two tvs and laundry. It was comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe and it wasn't far from a grocery store and restaurants. Its location provided easy access to the areas we wanted to visit. We were pleased with this house.

This has the potential to be a great property, however until some changes are made I would not recommend. Place was mostly clean, with the exception of crumbs on the floor and spider webs on wall and ceilings. Bedding was very suspect. We were unsure whether the bedding was clean and if it was, the beds were very poorly made and one guest bed didn't have a top sheet on it and the other guest bed had holes in the fitted sheet and hairs on it. When we took the sheets off before we left, some of the pillows were filthy and just need to be thrown away. When we arrived, the washer was full of sheets (unclear if they were clean or not) and the dishwasher was full of dishes. The master bathroom towels were very thin (you could almost see thru them) and there was no bath soap in either bathroom. The shower rod in master bath was not put on correctly so the curtain wouldn't close as needed. Master tub drain was very slow. Thankfully, the bathrooms were clean. The furniture was not comfortable. The location was good, the area was good.

The master bed was lumpy, there were no curtains on any of the windows so the sunlight was shining through, no plastic dinnerware so not kid friendly, the floors were very sticky, the beds had hairs in the sheets so you can tell they weren’t cleaned properly, the walls were dirty, the towels were old and stained, the towels were like sandpaper, overall we were unhappy with the property.

The property was clean and super easy to communicate with.

The access was easy, was accurately depicted and had all modern conveniences. Sorry to say it had dirty floors, towels and wash clothes need update.

Much better accommodations than a hotel. Especially when traveling with family and small pets and extended stay. Just need slightly more attention to “minimal” when guests have extended stays. Need access to extra trash bags and toilet paper. Small trash cans each bedroom would be appreciated. Overall… extremely satisfied and hope to stay again. We have tons of family and travel 3/4 times a year to the area. Thanks Bunches!

Great location, quiet neighborhood, newer home, clean and easy entry. Ralph was very responsive when trying to connect to the wifi (never were able to but Ralph tried to help). One thing I would suggest is requiring guests with dogs to pick up after their pet as we did so the backyard is clean.

The cable service doesn’t satisfy the sports guy. There’s no ESPN or no other sports channels. Other than that it was enjoyable, quiet, safe property.

Great quick trip to Tulsa. Easy in and out, communication with owner was quick and easy. Close to everything.

The house is nice, but could be cleaned better and stocked with more things to make the stay better. Could use a better stock of cooking supplies and bedding. Didn't have garbage bags for the kitchen garbage. The beds are not very comfy and the headboards are very loose.

The host was responsive and helpful and the home beautiful and functional. It had all the essentials and more. Would stay again!

The home is very nice, new construction, very clean except floors were dirty.We could not get the L.R. TV to work so we watched TV in the master bedroom. We emailed owner for instructions for LR TV but got no response. Bathrooms very clean but we felt getting in/out of shower would have been safer if there had been a grab bar, even one that suctions to tub would have been great. Tub is very slippery! Found extra towels/washcloths in hall closet but they were.very WET, not just damp, folded snd put away wet, so we dried them. There is a yellow instruction sheet asking us to wash white bed linens but there is no laundry detergent so we put white linens in washer, without starting it. No extra trash bags, no extra TP. This WAS better than staying in a hotel/motel.

overall good place... spare bedrooms A bit small if I'm being picky. beautiful kitchen. oh you also have to wash and dry everything before you leave which is a small inconvenience if you are leaving early...

Great house, very clean, easy to find. Definitely would stay again.

We were unable to use garage. Unable to connect to WiFi. Tried to contact owner though text and call. No return communication. Ran out of gas for grill. Ran out of garbage bags.

We enjoyed staying here! Few recommendations is to provide more blankets, plastic plates/cups (for kid purposes) and extra trash bags. The floor was very dirty when we came in but other than that it was accommodating and owner was responsive!

Stayed here while our home was being renovated from a flood. House was clean and I especially liked that it wasn’t cluttered. We have an infant and last home had knickknacks everywhere the baby tried to get, this one I could relax a little. Plenty of room to move around with a family of 5. Bed was comfortable, washer and dryer worked great, pantry to store items and nice neighborhood to take walks in the evening.

Home was very comfortable. Would recommend for anyone to stay. If we are back in the area, we will definitely look into staying there again.

Super nice and easy to work with

We enjoyed our stay! It's a lovely, new home. A bit outside of Broken Arrow, but not too bad. Everything was just as the owner said. We would stay again when we return to Tulsa!

The property manager was communicative and the place was sanitized before we got there. The house is spacious and fit perfectly for my family. The 4 kids were comfortable and it was a good location. We will definitely stay there again when we come back.
