The location was great, we had planned to spend time in Ouray and Telluride and this was good proximity to both! Also a short trip to Montrose to get to Walmart and other necessities. The place was clean and the host was very accommodating to requests.

This apartment was perfect for us. We were four adults. Right in town. Walked all over Ridgeway. Clean, bigger than what the pictures made it look, and the owner communicated with us promptly and was very friendly. It is two bedrooms. The small bedroom has a comfortable murphy bed. The place is well stocked. We would stay here again for sure!

Great place to stay in an area where you can go any direction, Ouray, Montrose, Telluride. We did many of the 4x4 roads, several hikes and roamed the towns. Love that small town feeling. True Grit and Kate's were great restaurants.

We loved this place! We will definitely stay here again when we’re back in the area! It’s right in the heart of downtown within walking distance to everything. Ridway is such a special place and we can’t wait to be back!

Seth's place is just great. Even nicer than the pictures, if you can believe that! Very comfortable and spacious. Good beds, great kitchen and bath, I can't say enough about how much we loved it. Location is right in town and you can walk to many great options for shopping, food and drink while also having total access to all the outdoors activities that makes the area so worth visiting.

Better than described. Perfect location in town, a block away from an awesome park. Very clean, comfortable and excellent communication from host. Great location to explore Silverton to Telluride. And Ridgway is better than Ouray for restaurants and community events, IMO. My dog liked it too :)

Awesome Solar
We had a wonderful visit at this property. My partner and I have been trying to travel in a more eco-friendly way and this property was an unexpected surprise on this front. My partner noticed there were solar panels on the roof, this put our stay close to home trip through the roof for eco points. The host, Seth was great. Answered my questions and responded quickly when we needed help with something. The location was wonderful, we could walk to restaurants, grocery store, etc. we hopped on to our bikes and rode to Ouray one day. It was awesome to be car-free. Thank you. We look forward to doing this trip again soon.

Really nice apartment in downtown Ridgeway. Clean. Comfortable. Walked to everything in town. Great pizza and beer steps from the front door. Ridgeway was a great central spot to tour the area. We will be back.

Perfect Ridgway Getaway!
I can't say enough great things about this property! The host was extremely helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect - right on the heart of Ridgway. We walked all around, all primary places were within a 5 minute walking distance. The place itself was spacious and very updated and modern. We wanted for nothing while we stayed here and will for sure try to always stay here when we come back!

We came for the art show in town. The location was right in town. Everything was in walking distance. Located above a gym but the noise wasn’t a problem for us. The apartment was brand new with modern furnishings. Seth was great in working with the changes we made. I would definitely recommend.

Great location for day hikes
The place was great for my family for a week- husband, infant son (9months), and dog. Lots of space, very nicely renovated, all the basic needs. Only two downsides were one bedroom did not have darkening shades and the gym downstairs had some folks working out deep into the evening hours; made it a little difficult to get the little one down. Just something to consider if you're a light sleeper and early-ish to bed!

The property was perfect for us! New, clean, in town, close to everything and Seth was more than helpful - knew we would not have to worry about anything! Book it - you will not be disappointed!!!

Downtown ridgeway apartment
Stayed here to ski at Telluride. Ridgeway was lovely. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities. When running the washer it blew a fuse, and one of the bathroom doors broke right before we left, but Seth was very responsive in helping to fix the problems. The only real issue is the noise. Walls are very thin and the gym downstairs could also be noisy at all hours.

Beautiful Apartment in Great Location
The design of the apartment and location worked great for us. It had everything we needed to cook a small Thanksgiving meal, walk the dog to the park and central to all there is to experience I the area.

We were two couples with a one-year-old - the master bedroom was a large enough space, the murphy room, fine for the two nights - our only negative was that the beds could have been a bit softer. A slice of San Juan paradise in Seth's Ridgway apartment
If you're psyched on being right in town, close to all the restaurants, coffee hangs, park - then this the place!
We were two couples with a one-year-old - the master bedroom was a large enough space, the murphy room, fine for the two nights - our only negative was that the beds could have been a bit softer.
The kitchen, bathroom and living room were awesome! Yes, I would fully recommend and will definitely be back.

The condo is very nice, exactly as listed and pictured and is located just off the main street of Ridgway. Most of the towns restaurants are walkable and so is a really cool walking path along the Uncompahgre river.
Both the towns of Montrose and Ouray are 20/30 minutes away as well as easy access to hiking trails and trout fishing.
The owner is very responsive and I am looking foward to staying here on my next trip back to western CO.
