Unit was as advertised. Pool area was active. Unit was quiet. The trees behind the unit are dense and part a conservation area. Some bird activity. Fished the marina and channel. Caught porgy, mangrove snapper, and barracuda.

Condo was extremely clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our weeks vacation. The views from the balconies were breathtaking. The beds were very comfortable to ensure we had a good nights sleep after a very busy day. The host Drew was very communicative in answering any questions we had to ensure our stay would be enjoyable, even sharing places to visit and restaurants to dine in. I would highly recommend this condo to stay in.

This condominium was very nice. There is a great view of the water and mangroves between. The location very near their little beach was very close. I was very impressed with how nicely manicured the property was kept. And the little kitties hiding in the mangroves was very entertaining to my two sons, ages 18 and 20. It's very quiet, and the security guys are very nice as they let you through each day. Overall, very nice stay and very comfortable.

Everything was just as expected. No question was too small or simple. They replied promptly and helped as much as possible. We appreciate the ocean view, ease of access and easy directions.

Wonderful Suite very comfortable. Great view east looking at the Ocean. Highly recommend this property. You should check it out. Tavernier is a great location. I have stayed in Marathon a number of times but may change my visit to Keys to Tavernier.

Complex & unit is exactly as pictured. Pool is very nice with plenty of tables & loungers. The pool bar and the food truck is a nice amenity. Location is very convenient to bounce between Key Largo and Islamorada. We had two teenagers with us, and felt comfortable for them to go fishing every night down at the docks alone. I really liked that. There was security at the front gate at check-in every time you entered. We had a question about the thermostat upon arrival and a question about the Internet on the second day. Drew was extremely responsive answering our questions. He does an amazing job! We would definitely stay again. It will be great when the restaurant opens back up after renovations.

Easy clean and convenient

My husband stayed with his dad & really liked the place. It was perfect area for the fishing trips they had planned in Islamorada. Will definitely stay there again if we come to the area!

The property was absolutely perfect!! From the pier to the beach to the pool. Very clean, all employees I came across were kind and helpful. The condo itself was wonderful. Clean and a great view of the water. Only thing I’d improve was the single beds were a little hard for my liking. Other than that nothing was wrong. Can’t wait to come back!!!

We had a great stay. The room was everything advertised. Checking in was a breeze. Communication with Debbie was amazing. She was even great enough to bring us a fan before our arrival to help with my MIL COPD. We were sent recommendations for the area. The lobster ravioli at Mrs. Macs was top notch! Overall a wonderful stay for our first trip to the Florida Keys!

We loved our stay here and hope to be back soon! Enjoyed meeting them upon check-in and got some good recommendations. Drew was always extremely responsive and I appreciate that he took care of the leaky kitchen faucet.

We started our Keys vacation here and it was a great location. The condo itself was comfortable with nice upgrades in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen could use some upgrades next though. We enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets!

We arrived at the property a little early than the check in time, but we had the access to the condo. It was storming after the hurricane Agatha, we were happy we were able to find shelter at the apartment. The place was clean, nice, with 2 small balconies. My family was visiting the USA from Europe and were happy they could experience the Florida Keys. The property is perfect for a family with 2 kids. The master bedroom was specious with a King size bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom had 2 single beds. For our party of 5 adults it would have been much nicer to have had a queen size bed in the second bedroom, but we made it work. The sofa bed will not provide a comfortable sleep. We didnt use the pool area, so I cannot comment. The private beach area was small and felt private, but the water in the little marina was green and smelly. I didn't want to spend much time there, although there are parks with beach access near by. Because of the weather we cooked a couple of meals at the condo, wish there were just a few more of plates, glasses available. The property manager is very informative and a great communicator. I enjoyed communicating with him and had no worries as he provided all the information clearly and timely. A little gift goody bag was a nice touch too. Thank you!

This unit has had recent remodelling to the 2 bathrooms and bedroom floors which is quite nice. It was clean and as described. Host was very responsive. However, The patios on all units in this resort are VERY small. Can Hardly fit two chairs out there, so that was a disappointment. Not sure the view from this unit or building is much better than the others as the trees and vegetation is so overgrown you can just see above it out to the ocean. The pool is a nice size and lots of chairs. The small man-made beach area doesn’t seem to get much use, and you really can’t swim down there as the water is just not suitable. But it is quiet and peaceful down there.

What a wonderful relaxing place. This is our second time in Ocean Point and we just love it. The Condo has everything we needed and great views. It is also convenient for shopping and to see all that the keys offer. Thanks Drew for a much needed vacation.

Condo is in great condition and kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. The unit was clean and comfortable and everything was in great working order . Apparent nice upgrades in the bathrooms and bedroom flooring. Nice view from the balconies. The property manager Drew was very communicative from start of booking to finish to ensure your stay is efficient and enjoyable.

We loved our stay at Ocean Point. The property and unit were exceptionally nice and clean. The gate attendant was very friendly and helpful. Kit Kat at the bar was so nice as well. We loved the proximity to both Key Largo and Islamorada. This place will absolutely be on our return list of VRBO’s

Property was advertised as having a gorgeous swimming pool-which was the reason we booked it. Lying at the pool, enjoying the warm weather and sunshine was our plan for the daytime. Instead we were greeted with a closed pool and jack hammering all day long. AFTER the property manager had taken our reservation and our money, he informed us two weeks prior to arrival the pool may be closed for our stay. He offered no discount nor did he offer a refund so that we could find a place that had a swimming pool, instead saying there was a possibility it may be open or we could pay to use another local pool at $30/day. Ridiculous-that’s why we booked a place with a pool! Very disappointed that anyone of a rental property would do this. I will never rent from him again and hope that anyone thinking about it, reads this. Beyond that, the beds were very uncomfortable and noisy. The location of the condo is good. Very close to the pool, had it been open, and the pier. Still hard for me to believe that the property manager did this. Unfortunately they lost a customer who frequently visits and rents in the area.

nice unit, very clean I took my boat and would caution anybody that is bringing a boat to know that the marina is separately owned and managed, apart from the condo complex. The management company for the marina was hard to reach, not good about sending documents requesting insurance and registration information about the boat and trailer, etc. They will only let youBook a slot to weeks in advance and because of the delays they only had a spot available for two of the nights that we were there. I think the service from the Marina would be rated fairly low, but it's not a reflection on the condo itself which was awesome

We made a last minute trip to the Keys, after searching for hours found this condo. We had a great stay, the resort has many amenities the kids enjoyed! Will definitely be coming back! The owners have been great. Gave us a list of recommendations around the area!! Highly recommend.

The unit itself was very clean however the furniture cushions were soiled and stained. The unit had 2 balconies but I was disappointed that they were so small.

property was very clean which is important in these pandemic times. nice little welcome table was set up in the living area. the condo had beautiful views (two balconies a plus ), and the unit was in a very good location on the property (near pool and small beach). saw some very pretty sunrises having our coffee. the owner was very reponsive to all communications. on the flip side-most furniture in the condo needs replacing. the couch/dining seats were pretty dirty looking/stained and not inviting to sit on. the lampshades in the master had ripped up liners. the couch and master bed were weirdly creaky. bedspreads in second bedroom very dated. we had no hot water in the second bath but made do after reporting to owner. some supplies needed replenishment. no kleenex, very low paper towels and liquid hand soap.again made do. tavernier ok location for going to key west. next time may try marathon (a little closer). we did not spend much time in the condo during our stay so it definitely served our purpose. but, for the price charged plus taxes and fees we expected somewhat better accommodations. with a little investment this could be a spectacular unit.
