Beautiful, modern condo was perfect for our family of 4 for 3 night stay during Thanksgiving holiday. Very spacious, clean, and conveniently located with easy access to beach, center of town, and shopping. Craig (host) was very prompt in responding to any questions we had. We especially appreciated access to bikes and beach toys shared with guests. We highly recommend booking this condo for your next Amelia Island visit!

The house was exactly as advertised - spacious, clean, and right across the street from the beach. There were some quirks though. The house was well supplied with many things but there was no basics such as toilet paper, tissues, paper towels or soap for the shower. The check in/out process was simple. The management team was extremely responsive. The smoke detector in the master bedroom was chirping and they were there within the hour to replace the battery. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. There is a hotel next door so there was a lot of traffic, light and noise coming from that side, particularly when then emptying the dumpsters at 5:30 am. The house is on A1A so there was quite a bit of road noise too. But I can forgive any minor issues for an ocean view and beach access! I would definitely stay here again.

This property was absolutely beautiful. It was much more than we expected. Everything was just as stated in the description and we will definitely stay there again.

First time at Amelia island good experience

Great place to stay, so convenient to the beach- (5 min walk), grocery stores, restaurants & downtown Amelia. Garage full of beach equipment if needed and bikes! Very short walk to beach, either via car to the parking lot at Sliders or walk straight across the road to beach access right across the from house. Craig, our host, is a great communicator, messaged back very quickly. We have stayed here several summers and will again.

We decided on a quick getaway and this location fit the criteria. We enjoyed the weekend and accommodations. Friends that accompanied us stayed in the upstairs bedroom and did have a minor complaint, no TV in the room. Quick getaway weekend was enjoyed by all. Thank you !

We loved this place! Great setup. Description has beach chairs and etc available for use. That is true! The only thing we will take next time is our big cooler. I would suggest driving on the beach if you have to haul several items but a wagon is available. The only thing better would have been if it was located on the beach side. Fun time with friends. Just and fyi The only kitchen item used was the coffee pot but we went to enjoy time together not cook!

Absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect. Beautiful home and could not think of one thing we needed that was not there. Very clean and comfortable. We did have more than one car at a time and that was a little trying but we made do. Will stay again!

We had a wonderful week on Amelia Island. The townhouse was fabulous. Our only issue was that the A/C went out but Craig took care of the issue promptly. I would highly recommend staying here for your vacation. Craig has made sure you all the necessities plus plenty of beach supplies. We will definitely stay here again if we ever return to Amelia Island. Thank you Craig for everything. :-)))

We had a great time at this condo! It was clean , great location (short walk across the street to the beach) and fit all of our needs. In the garage- they had absolutely everything you need for a week at the beach- bikes, boogie boards,beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc!

I booked this property for my brother-in-law’s wedding. The property is located near food and beach access (easily walkable). I highly recommend this property if you’re staying on Amelia Island!

This townhouse had plenty of room for our family of five. The kitchen was well stocked and the home was very clean. Craig was extremely responsive and was happy to answer any questions we had. The unit is located right across from the beach and is an easy walk to nearby restaurants and local stores. Would definitely return here if I had the opportunity!

This has by far been the best stay we have had in Fernandina Beach, we stay frequently usually in a hotel but after staying here we will 100% be booking again because we loved it so much!

We traveled with a group of friends to enjoy a relaxing weekend and a great football game! The property was amazing and in the perfect location for a little beach time and browsing stores in downtown Amelia Island. We will be booking again and start a new tradition here!

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. It was stocked with all the necessities to start a vacation as well as extra chairs, wagon, beach toys, etc.. The condo was walking distance from restaurants and the beach access. We enjoyed the live music at night that could be heard from a local restaurant and the beach access that allows vehicles to drive right on to the beach. The owner was great with communication and prepared the condo perfectly. Would love to stay again.

You will hear a little car noise on busier days/evenings due to the traffic on S Fletcher, but this townhome is wonderful and does have a nice ocean view for being across the street. It was very comfortable for the 5 of us, and our 2 year old enjoyed playing in the house when we weren't at the beach. The owners have a great selection of beach items in the garage that we were able to use as well. The only minor thing to know for future renters would be to bring some basic house needs like dishwasher detergent, sponges, paper towels, and trash bags. If you forget, there are plenty of stores nearby, though. Overall, we definitely would stay here again!

The owner was absolutely a pleasure to work with from the online booking process, communication about check-in and resolving an issue that arose during our stay. Highly recommend!
