Awesome house. Good location on a golf course. Minor issues during our stay that the property manager/owner was very responsive with and took care of the situation. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

This property was outstanding! Super clean, had all the amenities we needed and the pool was perfect. I liked that the pool was in the sun all day, and we could sit in the shade next to the house. We loved taking walks in the neighborhood and it was fun watching the golfers as well. Can't wait to go back again.

This property is wonderful; easy access to everything, beautiful view of the golf course and fantastic pool. The house is set up perfectly for a group of 6 and has everything you need. David is a stellar host. I highly recommend!

Love this location - close to golf courses, great restaurants, even tennis/pickleball courts nearby at Demuth park (5 min drive). Everything about this home is easy and comfortable. It's well stocked and organized - including a binder with detailed, clear directions for just about everything (with photos!). The highlight is the pool area. So relaxing! Great for morning coffee, lounging during the day or winding down in the evening. Perfect!

The home is well appointed and comfortable for everyone and I would stay again in a heartbeat! Gregg was responsive and accommodating-truly a gem. We loved our stay! The house was spotless and well taken care of. The pool is fabulous! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook meals there. Close to everything!! Can’t wait to return!

The home layout is great, so is the recent reno. The owner was very responsive, excellent to deal with. The linens really need to be replaced, and new kitchen cookware would be very helpful. The pool was dirty when we arrived, and didn't seem to be cleaned until several days later.

The property interior was very clean and updated. Pictures portray the home exactly as it is in person. Property owner is very attentive to your needs if there is an issue. Backyard and pool are private to both neighboring homes on either side , but not to the golf course fairway.

The truth is that it was extremely hot in Palm Springs and the AC in the house must’ve been manually handled by the property owner so while the temperature was 118 outside, we couldn’t get the AC lower than 84 inside. We even took a picture of it. It got to a point where we had to leave a night early because it was so hot and uncomfortable.

Amazing Stay
From the time we opened the door we knew it was going to be a spectacular staycation! PS is my happy place! The place is amazing, and the pool & jacuzzi just added that special touch! Thank you to the owner for all he has done to this house to make it such a comfortable stay! We definitely will be reserving a future stay!

This is a beautiful home in an excellent location. We really enjoyed the view of the golf course. With the back yard and pool facing east, and strategically placed trees, you can swim or lounge with welcome shade spots while still having plenty of places to soak up the sun. The owner actively cares for the property and is quickly responsive to any needs. The remodel is beautiful including new tile, granite, appliances and furniture you will want to give special care for as your own, and please do, so it will be in good shape for us when we come back .

This is a beautiful home in an excellent location. We really enjoyed the view of the golf course. With the back yard and pool facing east, and strategically placed trees, you can swim or lounge with welcome shade spots while still having plenty of places to soak up the sun.
The owner actively cares for the property and is quickly responsive to any needs. The remodel is beautiful including new tile, granite, appliances and furniture you will want to give special care for as your own, and please do, so it will be in good shape for us when we come back 😊.

This property was amazing. Beautifully remodeled and furnished, great location and a pool/spa. My wife and I were looking for a COVID-safe getaway and this property exceeded our expectations. We love Mid-Century Modern and this house is beautiful and very tastefully done with everything you could want. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. This is our new go to place for our trips to Palm Springs.

This property was amazing. Beautifully remodeled and furnished, great location and a pool/spa. My wife and I were looking for a COVID-safe getaway and this property exceeded our expectations. We love Mid-Century Modern and this house is beautiful and very tastefully done with everything you could want. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. This is our new go to place for our trips to Palm Springs.

Very nicely decorated house on the #5 hole of the Tahquiz original golf course. Few golf balls ended in the garden / pool... Pictures are accurate: the house is spacious and well decorated, the pool is pleasant and garden well maintained. The fireplace is great. Exposure is west so lost of lights in the morning but not so much in the afternoon: great in summer but not so in winter.
That you can feel the years of heavy renting in there: kitchen had been well stocked but not anymore: few wine glasses, no towels, knifes needs sharpening, few serving dishes, no veggie peeler (we bought one and left it there)... Beds are 15+ years old and while the memory foam top helps, they are not comfortable by any standard.. Heat / AC is brutally loud and woke us up every night (units are right behind the master bedroom). Water pressure is weak and uneven: no cold water in the master bath and no hot water in the kitchen...
Overall we had a great time, but we will probably not come back in this particular house. We paid top $ and for that we at least expect to sleep well...

We had an amazing time at this location. The property was very nice and clean. The back of the property opens up to what we think was a golf course with no fence, just a FYI.
