Loved this condo so much! The owners have done an excellent job at making it feel so welcoming that it’s such a special home away from home! So many amenities offered within the community, as well as a location close to it all. We are so grateful.

Overall we had a great time. The property was just as described. The location and property were great including the pool and hot tub. There was plenty of room for us and our kids. The owner was always quick to reply to messages. Since it is advertised as a property close to the beach, it would be nice to have a few more beach towels. There were exactly enough bath towels and 3 beach towels. Some spares of each would be appreciated. Also, we ran out of paper towels on our second day of our stay. It may seems small, and is, so why not just leave one extra roll, at least when there is only a partial roll on the counter. The owner basically said that you just get a little to start and would talk to her cleaner. When asked about beach toys, she said that she did not know what was there indicating that some guests leave items and sometimes items don't get returned. Being from out of state, we did not want to buy beach toys to furnish a property listed as a being close to a beach as an amenity of the property. It would have been appreciated if the owner was a little more concerned with making our stay great. This could have been achieved by making sure there were some beach toys and communicating that to us in advance and sending over a roll of paper towels. Overall all we had a great time and would likely stay again.

As noted by many reviewers, it's very clean, convenient, with several perks, e.g. the pools (swimming pools), a pool table, a little library within the complex, proximity to supermarkets and restaurants. Overall, a great stay. Thank you, Joelle.

We loved our stay at this villa. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and convenient to shopping and beaches. The lanai is private, and the pool area is really nice. We had everything we needed, and the property was clean and neat. We hope to stay here again!

We have stayed in this community before and the villas are spacious. We had an issue with the A/C but Joelle was accessible and took immediate action to make sure we were comfortable. We would stay again.

Perfect location in Sarasota, it’s the only place for us to stay. Inside it’s wonderfully decorated, full of amenities. If you want a stress free vacation, don’t look anymore, this is your spot for a happy time. Super comfy beds, great kitchen, very quiet, excellent owner, very clean property. We are Returning soon.

Joelle's house was immaculate and stocked with all that is required!

The pictures don’t do justice. Master bedroom was huge. There was a little issue with the hot water and the property owner was super prompt with the resolution. She called to confirm that everything was going well and would respond super fast whenever I texted. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Easy renting with good landlord communication

We were blown away with our stay. The condo was clean and spacious for this family of 3. The bed was comfortable and the decor created a relaxing ambience. We would definitely stay here again.

Joelle was an awesome host. The villa exceeded my expectations. The actual villas was better than the pictures. It has everything we needed and was very close to Nokomis beach were we fished and swam. It was also a drive drive to Siesta Key village where we visited. We would love to rent the villa again😊😊

Clean, updated townhouse in a quiet golf course community. We'll stay here again next time we vacation in Sarasota.

Very accommodating for our family of 6. Love the big dinning room table, great for eating together & playing board games. Master bedroom had a very comfortable mattress. Finally had good full nites sleep. The grounds are kept up. The pool & hot tub were very clean. Location was perfect for shopping & beach trips. We're looking forward to reserving reservations soon. The property manager Joelle Ciccia was very attentive to our needs. We highly recommend staying here.

Very pretty villa to stay at. Very clean Plenty of room for 6 people. Beds comfortable. Walking distance to the pool. Close enough to all the beaches. Will definitely stay again.

This place is very spacious and beautifully decorated. It was immaculatly clean. Its about a 15 minute drive to the Sarasota and Siesta Key beaches. It has outside pool & community grills. We recommend it especially for the price.

This rental was gorgeous, spotless and comfortable. Joelle was friendly and helpful. She even let us checkout late to accommodate our schedule. I highly recommend this property!

We were very happy with the accommodations. We had everything we needed for the short one night stay and wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool & hot tub. We will definitely stay here in the future if the need arises. :-)
