This home was immaculate! The location was in the heart of the Villages, close to everything! The home is beautifully de orated and the closet is fabulous. With a golf course and a lake view from the patio, who would not love it? I’d love to buy it! It truly was the best rental ever!

When we first walked in my wife absolutely loved the place. She wanted to buy it. Everything that you need is stocked outside of your food. Location is great and is recommended to all. Would definitely go back.

The property was very clean and up to date. The lanai was my favorite place for relaxation while watching golfers both morning and evening. The furnishings are of wonderful quality throughout. We found it to be a very safe and secure property with year round neighbors and all amenities. Close to shopping and restaurants as well. I will definitely book here again. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

What’s there not to like? The golf course view was very relaxing. The rooms were clean and a nice size. The house was equipped with anything you need. We’d like to stay here again!

This villa is the nicest one we have ever rented and we definitely plan on returning. The villa is stocked with anything you might have forgotten and is in pristine condition. The view of the tee box and pond from the patio and lanai is amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the community and friendly neighbors. My husband loved the golfing and I enjoyed walking, using the pools, and relaxing on the lanai reading and watching the golfers. We also went to Fenney’s bar and grill and one of the club houses for dinner and enjoyed both greatly.

Rich went above and beyond to make our check in and stay very pleasant. Property was great with a nicely out fitted kitchen. The home was perfect. Thanks again Rich !

If you are visiting The Villages in Fl, this villa has everything you could possibility want. It's just perfect!!! The decor is tastefully done, the beds are comfortable and it's so relaxing to sit in the screened in area and enjoy the quiet, the view and there are times when a golf cart would pass by. The kitchen is fully stocked and comfortable to work in. When visiting The Villages for the first time, it takes a little getting use to driving. I've never seen so many round-abouts. The villa is in a gated community and our GPS always seemed to take us the long way around but....once you get your bearings, the grocery store is easy to get to. We didn't spend too much time in the villa. We were only in The Villages for three nights. I wish we had more time. I would love to visit again sometime in the future. The weather was great and there was so much to do in the area. We just didn't have enough time to enjoy it all.

The villa was immaculate and very comfortable. The location was good and the owner was very responsive to our needs. Be sure to ask for a guest pass to the rec centers and just know that your pass will not entitle you to play golf.

Wonderful relaxing stay for a week while getting a look at the villages . Loved the central location. Home is well cared for and a home away from home. Loved coffee on the lanai watching the birds in the water over golf course ! Beds were so comfortable as many of the amenities there ! Thank you for the Kurig machine !!

The house had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, we really enjoyed the screened in porch.

This is a very clean house, with a great view of the golf course and pond. The location was located very close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. We would definitely return.

Overall enjoyed the stay. Need more information on access to the development, specifically I do not remember seeing anything on the access code, which turns out was not required.

It was an awesome place for two couple's. Clean, close to shopping center, Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter. Loved sitting in lanai watching the golfers go by

Our second visit to the villages and it was as wonderful as the first. This villa is in a great location 3 minutes to the grocery store, 8 minutes to Arnold Palmers Legends golf course, and 15 minutes to Lake Sumter square all by golf cart! The villa was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Evenings were enjoyable on the patio overlooking the Pimlico executive golf course. I would recommend this rental to anyone. The owner communicated well and made sure we had everything we needed for the stay.

Everything was awesome! House had absolutely everything you could need for a great vacation internet was fast and worked perfectly for running all our devices and even my Firestick

As close to perfect as it could be. Have been told most rentals do not include almost everything needed for a great vacation as this does. If you need a golf cart or wifi you will have an issue, but aside from that the location, home and view are great.

Everything was fine, except the internet service. The owner knows about that. It worked well enough to be OK

The property is located on golf course, quite community yet close to grocery stores, good restaurants and other stores. I enjoyed my stay very much. I had some internet issues and the owned went the extra mile to assist with resolving the matter.

Clean, wonderful view of pond with lots of birds. Was all that was promised, ease getting everywhere in the Villages. Will stay again.
