Zuhause ist in einer ruhigen Gegend, aber in der Nähe von Geschäften und Restaurants. Mit 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Schlafsofa für 4 Personen. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche und 1,5 Bäder. Nutzung des Hinterhofs und der Terrasse. Wohnung hat Waschmaschine / Trockner. Kostenlose Parkplätze an der Straße zur Verfügung.

Great spot in Eastport to get away for the weekend. With lots to do in Annapolis accompanied by wonderful westher, it makes for an ideal summer vacation.

We were in town to visit our son at the academy. The place was super clean and in a great location, just a short drive to the yard. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a home cooked meal for our son. The living room and couches were comfortable, a great space to chat and rest. The location was safe and was near a coffeshop/bakery and convenience store- also, very close to DTA. We had great communication with Cindy, she always responded promptly. We would definitely stay again!

Very nice property. Outside amenities were nice. However, patio furniture (Seat cushions/tables) was dated due to being out in the elements. We were able to adjust by bringing our own chairs. Keep in mind, this is a 1st-floor apartment in an older building, so you will hear the tenants upstairs. All and all, a great stay for the holiday...

The property was great and quite spacious for a 1 bed/bath. Easy walk into downtown Annapolis and the Eastport bars and restaurants. Perfect location.

We had a great stay, clean, comfortable and convenient to walking downtown. Backyard is relaxing and cute. There is a great coffee shop on the corner too.

This place was spotless when we arrived. The folks we dealt with, Mike and Cindy, were very hospitable and easy going, checking in and out was easy. Location was great! a 30 second walk to a great bakery, about 5-10 minute walk to some great Eastport bars and restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again

This was perfect for a weekend visiting our son in Annapolis. We used the outdoor deck and grill and enjoyed the space. Layout is a little unusual but would definitely return. Very responsive owners!

short stay , 4 nights
Great place to stay, very clean and a very short ride to town. Grill and hot tub outside are great. A few things needed to be work out inside, like the TV and WIFI, which could have been an easy fix, but wasn't because property management never explained things correctly, never had WIFI, which i needed for work, and couldn't find main tv remote (Samsung), found it by accident, it was stuck in the big chair, 2 days later, then it was easy to navigate to Netflixs and Prime, so we were stuck with Direct TV, which also had a remote w/ no batteries, these things should be checked b4 hand, this made watching tv miserable, it could of been be so easy....

Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to everything Annapolis has to offer. Updated home with all you need. Bed Pillows were the best!

EXCELLENT location and wonderful property
we came in for the Navy game (sad loss) and to check in on our Edgewater property. As sponsors of Midshipmen, we asked for another night and Cindy was VERY accommodating! we ended up having about 15 Mids come over for a grill and hangout time in the back yard. Absolutely perfect! great for grilling and great for spending some much needed relaxation time. We will definitely consider staying again and would highly recommend this place for location and comfort!

Able to walk to Academy and bakery just down the street. House was spacious and clean. The master bedroom is in the basement and it’s tricky to get down the stairs. The shower, toilet and sink are all in 1 bathroom, so no privacy.

It was great :)
Clean & comfy, close to historic downtown and the waterfront; there was a problem with the internet that they weren't able to get fixed, but it was 4th of July weekend so it was hard to get somebody to come out, I guess.

Great location with a full kitchen
Stayed for a week, and enjoyed my stay. There is an excellent bakery 1/2 a block away, the house was clean and the property manager was very responsive.
