Didn't have a pool for my kids to swim

coffee machines did not work any of our 3 days; housekeeping did not make up room one time

Clean and new place and bed was OK. A little hard.

Breakfast was just ok. Jimmy Dean sausage sand and a little Veggie Omelet were both just wrapped in special paper, like you would get at a Quik Shop. Very average. Other items were cereal, bagel, English Muffin, hard boiled egg and apples, green bananas. Coffee was good but no real HALF n HALF. LOTS of fake Coffee Mate pump stuff. Felt like a bad version of Quik Trip.

Our AC didn't work/was EXTREMELY loud. We couldn't sleep with it on and woke up sweating at 4 AM. I notified front desk about the AC about 30 minutes into check in (7:30 pm).We left AC on 60 degrees while we went to eat for about 2 hours and the room was still hot. Front desk said they were booked up so there were no other rooms for us to move to, I asked her for a fan and she checked for one but didn't have one. She advised me her manager wouldn't be in until 11PM and there were no maintenance workers on site at this time. I understood it wasn't her fault but kind of shocked we weren't offered a discount or anything due to inconvenience. We ended up having to leave our hotel room door open to let the hallway air cool our room (opened it at 4:30 AM and couldn't sleep well knowing our door was open). Everything else was great. It just really sucked to not sleep well/sweating.

I think more variety of food should’ve been offered for breakfast but overall the hotel & staff were great.

we arived and found the room we booked and paid for they did not have the room and put us in a standard room with two beds. would not give us a refund said that i would have to call booking to get the money back.

Location is good, clean, and the building seems to be new. Also the staff is very friendly.

Surprisingly you barely hear the noise from the highway, however, the walls are too thin, so you will hear everything from the other guests. And because it's also a hard floor, you will also hear every single foot steps from the guests above you. Also, don't get to excited about the breakfast.

The price was good. The people were GREAT! Very clean rooms. New hotel.

I told the front desk about a problem with the lock. They had all day to repair it. They did nothing to fix it and the problem was still there when re turned that night. They ended up moving us to another room after they couldn't fix it after an hour. Also, the soundproofing is not very good. We could hear the footsteps from the floor above and all the sound from outside. You would think being a new build hotel that soundproofing would be a thing, but it is not. Get the 4th floor to get the best soundproofing - that way you only have traffic noise and not the noise of your neighbors above you.

Parking was tight fit

the property is located right off the highway. the colors of the building are very attractive. Front desk staff was very welcoming (friendly) The overall design of the property felt fresh and new and efficient.

Very comfy bed and quiet room, and the breakfast was one of the better continental breakfasts we have had. The water bottle refill station was also nice.

A coffee pot in the room might have been nice.
