The Zion Luxury Getaway is a great location for small or large groups. We had 15 in the house for a week. Large kitchen, plenty of bedrooms, very clean, and lots of space for gathering inside or out by the pool. The property manager was quick to respond to texts and do what was needed to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The location is near the city of St. George and Zion National Park, providing many destinations for outings and things to do. We found lots of running and walking paths nearby the house. Overall, a great place to enjoy your vacation in Utah!

We enjoyed our week in Washington, Utah very much.
The house is incredibly well stocked. We were happy to find adequate dishes, glassware, cutlery, cookware appliances, etc. The en-suite bathrooms in each bedroom were terrific. The house is light and roomy, plenty of seating for meals, quiet areas for babies to nap. With the longer driveway, we had space for six vehicles to park. The only reason we gave four instead of five stars for cleanliness is that when we arrived on a Monday, the garbage cans were full and the service did not come until early Friday morning. With 28 people in the house , it made garbage issues difficult. We could not find the community receptacle we were told was available. It would be advisable to provide more information and convenience to guests in regard to refuse/trash. Beyond that challenge, our experience was superb.

Great location, quick access to everything we needed while enjoying our family time. Plenty of the little things were available, trash bags, laundry soap, paper towels and such. Kitchen was well stocked. Pool and hot tub were fantastic.

I've never had a better rental experience than I had here. My family and I booked this property for a four-day weekend together. The property was exceptionally clean, well-furnished, luxurious, comfortable, and relaxing. The beds were phenomenal and we've never had better sleep! The property managers were attentive to every need and desire and delivered above and beyond all expectation. We will definitely stay here again!

I had four of my children and their families all together. Everyone had a bed and enjoyed the openness of the home. The kids especially loved having their own private pool. The kitchen was completely and well stocked. It was nice to be in a quieter area with a beautiful golf course in the back yard

Wonderful property, lots of beds and bedrooms/bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped, great room was big with lots of seating. 2 big tables with chairs accommodated all 20 of us to sit and eat at the same time. Though small, the pool was fun. Heard back quickly with any concerns. Kids all said they want to come back next year.

Fantastic Family Reunion Property
This property was just perfect for our family reunion which consisted of 10 adults and 12 children. Each set of parents had their own bed and bathroom, and the children loved the bunkbed rooms each with a bathroom. There was plenty of room in the common areas for all of us to gather/eat. The pool was a big hit especially with the hot weather. Location was convenient for easy access to the freeway. Overall a fantastic place to be together!

Framily vacation
We had a wonderful stay at this house. There was so much room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. The house was clean and beautiful. Everyone had a great time hanging out in the back by the pool and hot tub. The outdoor grill and seating area made it fun for all ages to celebrate the 4th of July there. Few things not about the house but about the area we did not know was mostly everything is close on Sunday (including no alcohol on Sunday). If not closed they close early so plan accordingly. We checked in on Sun and July 4th was Mon so we had to scramble a bit to get food and drinks. The location of the house is great near by many things and activities. We were only there for 4 days but could have spent the whole week. One suggestion since the garage is big and empty maybe to add a game room there. The kids had a great time in the pool but the pool is not big enough for the number of ppl the house can accommodate so to keep others occupied a game room with pool or ping pong table would be nice (not necessary but nice to have). We would recommend this place to our friends and family. We had a wonderful time. Thank you.

We loved this property. All the rooms had great beds, the kitchen was well stocked and the pool and hot tub were nice. The furnishings and cleanliness of the home was very good. The property manager sent me all the check in and check out details via email. We will stay here again.

Perfect for Family Fun
This property was perfect for our 10 adults and 2 babies family fun time in St. George. We loved the large open area in the home for gathering and eating. The large table was big enough for all of us to play games at. Having a bathroom in each bedroom was GREAT! The pool was clean and the perfect temp for February and overlooking the golf course from the back of the home was a plus.

Practicaly perfect in every way!
This is the first vacation rental we have booked that was even better than the pictures---and the pictures are great. We spent Thanksgiving with our family of 22. The kitchen was well equiped. There were comfortable beds for everyone. The two bunkrooms are amazing and worked so well for our grandchildren. They loved the pool and hot tub. Thanks for the amazing memories we made with our family.

Great stay
We stayed here during September and had a great experience. We had to communicate a property problem to the owner (Brandy) who was quick to talk with me. Overall, we would stay again. FYI, the delivery range for doordash and other food delivery apps changes from time to time based on order volume, so we weren't always able to get food delivered, just something that might help a future guest.

Wedding Perfection
This property was perfect for our 12 person stay for a destination mini wedding(could have had younger children but we were all adults). The property was spacious, comfortable (bedrooms with own bathrooms with quality beds/bedding, leather furniture and quiet area), high end appliances, lots of kitchen cookware, dishes and spices, and pool/bath towels. It was one of the best supplied homes in my experience with home rentals. We would have preferred to have some shade/ umbrellas available for pool-side mid day but fortunately pool (on east side) is shaded later in the day. Great location for visiting Snow Canyon State (location of wedding ceremony) and Zion National Parks and easy access to running trails at Red Cliffs Conservation Area. We loved our stay here and would happily stay again!

Wonderful Place!
When we pulled up in front of the property we were sure that we had the wrong place - it is a duplex! From the outside we were convinced that there was no way that there were 8 bedrooms and 8.5 baths but surprise - it is as advertised! The place is new and the configuration was great for our family reunion of 10 adults (including grandma and grandpa) and 7 kids (ages 6-16). The pool is small but totally adequate to cool off after hot days of hiking and exploring. We never uncovered the hot tub so cannot speak to that. Thank goodness for the outside "kitchen" of a large grill and undercounter refrigerator. The kitchen was the most well equipped of any of our rentals in the past. My only real complaint is that there should be a second full sized refrigerator (in the garage would be best) as the one in the kitchen is really not adequate for the size of the house. A second dishwasher wouldn't hurt either! The location is great - overlooking a golf course with an easy drive to Zion, close to Snow Canyon, Quail Creek and Sand Hollow. Day trips to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon and Antelope Canyon are totally doable. Everyone was happy!

We had a lot of fun at this house. We had 6 couples, a couple of teenagers, and a baby. There was room for everyone. The pool is small, but we had a lot of fun in it. The air conditioning worked great! It is a beautiful house.

Adult family reunion
We enjoyed this property so much! It was perfect for our needs! We had 15 adults (7 couples, one single), plus an infant. With bathrooms for every bedroom, everyone enjoyed privacy. We also loved having the pool right out the back door. Plus, the view of the golf course and beyond was beautiful!
