cute and comfortable , well stocked kitchen

many dirty dishes & oven was not clean at all, smelled really bad anytime we tried to use it

Information on email was out of date and I was not able to get into the property for at least 4 hours.

it is a beautiful place to rent out. plenty of rooms for a big family

they expected us to clean every single detail when including vacuum, clean countertops, throw out trash in big bin outside, we pay 150+ for those services. and if not done we would be charged an EXTRA fee. I’d say If we have to pay we shouldn’t have to do that. or don’t charge at all and I would have still left it nice and neat. mother in law also got rash from bed sheets I don’t know if they wash them or not.

The property was nice, cabin was clean, well stocked with linens and household stuff.

Ice was not salted on driveway or walkway. Which could have been horrible if any of us fell down. Very very dangerous. The snow was not removed from deck, so that wasn’t usable and a big disappointment. The garbage can outside was so full we could barely fit our one tiny bag in. The garage had left over garbage in it aswell and it seemed no one had been there for garbage pick up in awhile. The owners were not responsive when I said how unsafe the driveway or walkway was. For this reason I wouldn’t recommend

The place had all you needed in terms of kitchen supplies, towels etc. It was a good location, easy to find and easy access to all places of interest.

The place was clean, but it's a bit run down, the carpet is very worn/dingy. I did not want to walk barefoot on that carpet. My girls had really dirty feet (from the carpet) after walking on it for a couple hours while playing.

Comfortable family friendly cabin, really close to Donner Lake. We also enjoyed the drive to Lake Tahoe and Reno.

The location and cabin are awesome. Beautiful house. The neighbors are very rude but overall great experience
