driveway very difficult, steep slope. Steps needed a handrail on second level. Garage also needed a handrail down steps. Baseboards in first floor bathroom very dirty. No icemaker, which is ok, but needed ice cube trays to make our own, instead we bought a bag of ice. No coffemaker, only Keurig, which is not convenient for 3 people.

Close to the airport

We just wanted to watch Something on Netflix late at night but they didn’t have it. But still cool!

Updated townhouse, very clean.

The driveway is steep making it difficult to park a large vehicle.

Property is located in a quiet area of town not far from local restaurants and shopping. Lots of amenities as well which was nice. Even little things like the type of ceiling fan selected for the guest rooms with bunk beds was noted as it kept my son safe without needing to worry about his forehead meeting a fan blade.

While it wasn’t an issue, the location isn’t really walking distance to most of the restaurants and shopping. Also, we noticed that it didn’t look like the floors had been thoroughly mopped so we had to mop those ourselves. We also noticed dust and a fair number of cobwebs in some of the less common surfaces such as between the railings of the stairs, light fixtures, etc..
