The strip and river are right there. Location great.

The cleanest of the cottage. Comfortable and quiet. The car drug on the driveway so a leveling might help. Hope to stay again sometime. Reasonable cost.

Me and my fiance has stayed at this property 3 times. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else when visiting cape Girardeau. The owners were very friendly and responded to any concerns quickly.

We loved staying in this tiny home. It is a cozy little home away from home. I took my air fryer with me considering there is only a microwave to cook in. We have stayed here twice and will definitely return in rhe future !!!

It was dirty, very noisy, put together very sloppy/looks unfinished, ants in bathroom & not in a good neighborhood.

Great location for walking around downtown and checking out the murals along the River. House is small but enough space for two. The two room air conditioners controls were not working properly making it hard to adjust temperature. Toilet paper was absent but host was prompt in bringing some.

Perfect location to the downtown area. Great to take a walk in the area and food spots easy to locate.

Lovely little house close to downtown. We enjoy antique shopping and local food so this location helps keep us close.

The property was in an ideal location. Short walk to downtown. My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Little Blue Cottage.

Private, adorable and so quiet. Location was awesome, walked downtown for dinner and drinks, slept late and it was quiet until after 9. Amazing hosts, quick communication. Definitely will stay again

was traveling from Wisconsin to Louisiana and needed a resting spot half way...it was perfect. Better than a hotel stay during this pandemic. Matt was very quick to respond to any questions I had.

Cute tiny house in the historic downtown area of Cape Girardeau about a block from the river and a few blocks from the famous bridge and River Campus of Southeast Missouri State University. The house has a bedroom with a futon, tv, crib and closet with robes, kitchen has a table with three chairs, a Keurig with coffee k-cups and snacks like oatmeal packets and popcorn, sets of two plates and bowls and mugs and glasses. There is not a stove/oven, but there was a microwave and refrigerator. Ice maker did not make ice so we bought a bag of ice down the street from a gas station. Small bathroom with a shower, towels, lots of lotions and shampoo and a hairdryer. The tv has a roku stick which had Netflix, Spotify, etc. This downtown area was near the bars, so there were cars driving around late at night which was loud (bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper). Parking was out front on the street. Overall, it was nice house in a beautiful area.

I felt right at home and I loved the location which was close proximity to the downtown restaurants, shops and so close to the beautiful Mississippi River! Would book this place again in a heartbeat!
