Perfect for visiting relatives in Southsea. Modern, clean and comfortable accommodation.

If I had to nit pick we found the bed a bit small but we are used to super king-size.

Location is perfect! Just a few meter from the main street with various international restaurants and a lot of bars. It is very quiet at the same time. There is a fridge and kitchenette. Self check-in is straightforward

The charged a damages deposit, which I do not approve when using booking.com

Great decor, very neat and light, pleasant. Quite compact but everything there you need.

Up two flights, some noise. Cumbersome online system for parking and booking that seemed to go on a bit! Nice people though - who gave the personal touch to the system when contacted.

Location. Basic cooking facilities available. Reasonable sizes room.

Stairs are steep and narrow so a struggle with bags. Parking information is not clear for international tourists.

Very good, comfortable bed, little kitchenette, table and chairs and a comfortable chair. Ensuite lovely. very clean and staff were very helpful. very close to shops, restaurants and pubs, only 20 min walk to the Hovercraft terminal. lots of parks near by.

we have stayed here before and really love it will be booking again soon

we have just one suggestion to make the studios would benefit from a toaster to make the home cooked breakfast complete

the location was great, really near to everything we wanted to do

the apartment was small, the shower wasn’t great but it was at a good price for what we got, so not really a complaint

Perfect location and excellent Staff

The choice of the hotel was approached responsibly. And the stay was impeccable. For the first time we rested in Portsmunt and after active walks we returned to the room, as if home. The room is clean, cozy, warm, with a comfortable bed, the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Excellent location of the hotel. Thank you very much for our magical new year 2023. When we arrive in Portsmouth, we will definitely stay with you.

Location was good, bed was comfy. When I had problems accessing my emails the staff were helpful in ensuring I got the check in information.

Only getting check in information at 12 on the day of check in was difficult when travelling, especially as I wasn't able to access my emails. Room was small and there were too many 'things' on the surfaces. A very large chair was just in the way. Bathroom had black mould on windows and we had to buy an air freshener because of the smell. Front door to the building was unlocked almost the whole week we were there as it didn't shut properly. There was a mouse running around the room. When I told the staff they said they arranged for an exterminator, but that 'there are lots of mice in Southsea'! (we've never had a mouse running around during our many other stays in Southsea). Although advertised with a TV, we didn't realise there was no terrestrial TV. Travelling from overseas we don't have any UK streaming contracts and found this very odd.

The location

Attention to detail and cleanliness of bedding and towels very small room but balcony made up for this no heating in room from radiation however a small blow heater was provided (not much use) significant improvement needed on the house keeping side needed bedding and towel’s especially suspect either not clean at all or just not bothered to iron however hair found in bed I spent the nights we stayed on top of bed But this was choice as the location was spot on
