Location, breakfast, size of the room

Arrogant staff in the restaurant, their attitude spoiled the whole experience - would not stay again.

Rooms are clean, tidy and spacious. Quality of food was great but could be luke warm when busy. Ideal for kids Monday to Thursday. Kids pool fantastic.

The reception are looks more as wine shop and doesn't feel welcoming. Adults shouldn't be allowed to jump into kids pool.

housekeeping left their dirty sheets on one of our terrace chairs in the morning, no telephone in the room to contact reception , no tea/coffee facilities in the room.

little touches needed doing, crack in the bath, flaking paint on the radiator and glass doors on the bathroom give little privacy

scenery is amazing proximity to amazing lake( by foot or on bike) Lednice castle close by bike rental on the spot breakfast is ok, just no variety of sweets available

It is wedding party venue, hen or a bachelor party destination be aware of it. outside swimming pool was half full of dirty drainage water. As it opens only in June for now is greenish rather than blue. There is nothing romantic when noise from the hall is waking you up at 03:45am because one drunk guy cant find key and screams and cry and beg girlfriend to open door for him. for longer than hour. No reception working in the night or security to check cameras to make sure that one guest is not waking up entire wing of hotel. At location is only disco in the couple of villages area - count on that too. Make sure that you sleep further from disco on Saturday as there is poor sound isolation inside and bit better from outside noise. Staff doesn’t speak English (almost at all) and you won’t get even basic info in English what to do around. use mobile. Local maps not available, at reception-make sure that you have mobile charger bank with you if go on bicycles around. If you speak Czech or German all good wine tasting is ok starts sharp and door closes, be aware not to be late even 3min

If they accommodate you above the restaurant then it’s really noisy, the balcony is shared - you don’t have any privacy, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything that happens with your neighbors. For the spa you have to pay separately, the rooms is very simple, no socket next to the table. I would say it’s overpriced for what they offer.
