Good location near the end of the Lincoln strip. The unit was tidy. The unit itself was neat and clean, if modestly appointed.

There was an unpleasant odor (old and musty) in the building and in the unit, making it quite an unpleasant stay. The building felt dated.

lobby access to elevators not handicapped accessible had to to walk up stairs to get to elevator or hotel cart

location was close to everything. restaurants etc. it was clean and quiet.

The accommodations worked well for us. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment was well stocked

Sheets did not stay on the beds and the mattresses were not as comfortable as they could have been. The sheer curtains did not keep the light out. One AC unit in the living room did not keep three rooms cool.

Comfortable, great location, facilities excellent.

Some updates needed for example the carts used to transports luggage and supplies appear to be originals and are falling apart. Having to go up stairs to get to elevator and transport carts seems counter productive. No tablets for dishwasher in condo. Note on housekeeping envelope indicates this is a repeat occurrence.

Loved the condo itself. It is spacious for family, loved the full size table for meals, everything you need to cook dinner, make cocktails. Cozy living room with electric stove. Netflix choices for movies after skiing. We loved the little balcony and sipped wine in the sun during the afternoon one day watching skiers on the mountain. It was quiet in the condo, so noise between units is almost next to nothing. Also great location and close to everything. Also loved the numerous extra pool towels, bath towels, pillows and blankets. That was very appreciated. All the creature comforts made this all the more enjoyable.

We noticed the hot tub needs cleaning and had several balls of hair in it. One night there were three rude, loud teenage boys in the game room after hours yelling and laughing. They had locked the doors and were inside. When asked what they were doing one of them said "I own the building" and they were laughing. Which was very weird and concerning. We called the office number to complain and were told to call the rental company to complain. They are someone's kids, maybe the owner, maintenance guys? No idea but causing a ruckus. Beds were hard. Pool/game room area needs updating. Looks used and tired. The condo kitchen could use updates (floors, counters,) the oven especially.
