A second stay at Kuini's Guesthouses. The location is set back from a quiet street and has good privacy. The facilities are good and the house was clean and well looked after. Having a washing machine is very handy. The shower is extra good. The garden and surrounds are very pleasant.

A few kitchen items missing, such as a can opener and plastic spatula for cooking with the frypan. Some plastic food storage containers are needed. No spare TP. Neighbouring house is very close so it was noisy at times.

Kuini was amazing. She had met with me and my parents at the property. The house was beautiful and very clean. It had all the equipment we needed, Kitchenware was very handy. Where the house was located, it was away from the main road, so it was so peaceful at night. I would definitely recommend Kuinis Guesthouse.

I was in search of affordable lodging that offered cleanliness, air conditioning, and a washing machine. Kuinis guesthouse perfectly matched my criteria, and I was extremely satisfied with my experience. Kuini, the property manager, was exceptionally pleasant and accommodating, especially regarding my check-out time.

Overall it was okay, the Guesthouse was in a great location, close to town area and other local attractions. Place was clean and tidy, rooms spacious and met your basic needs. Aircon was good, strong and very useful. The communication and customer service was great, lovely host.

These are my own personal opinions and someone else who stayed here may not agree, but for myself and my husband and mother we didn't like the below. This in no way means we did not find our stay okay, it provided our basic needs and as mentioned the host was extremely helpful and wonderful!! * Only one fan in the house - there was only one fan to share between two rooms, I think there should be one fan for each room. * Cold showers/ no hot water - Did not like the cold showers after the first day as it rained for the last two days of our stay. Although the pipes run warm, a hot water option would be good to have especially for when it's raining and the pipes don't get heated by the sun. Having to top up the cash power was also strange, I've been had to do this before. This should be made more obvious on the listing in my opinion. Using the aircon a lot can drain the cash power and being that Samoa is hotter, the aircon unit is something you would use frequently. *Outside noises: There were noises from the neighbours and animals roosters, chickens etc. This made it almost impossible to sleep, had I known about this I probably wouldnt have booked in. Maybe some warning would be nice. * Beds - the beds weren't comfortable, felt like a water mattress and not a good sleep. Ended up sleeping on the floor in the living room which wasn't that much better.

Quite spacious and well laid out little house. The kitchen was equipped with what was needed. The lounge room was comfortable and TV worked well. Bathroom also quite adequate and was clean. Washing machine and clothesline were very handy. Pleasant and helpful host. The location was in itself quiet and very pleasant. An enjoyable place to stay.

At times there was a fair bit of noise from neighbouring properties, dogs, roosters and stereo systems – very normal for Samoa. Bad smell in bathroom, coming from the basin, but this could be stopped by keeping the plug in.

Because it was a guesthouse it was pretty much like living in my own place, we made and bought our own breakfast. Location was an issue for me, so I had to get a car to use. The house itself is brilliant but you need a car to get to and from places and home.

I don’t know if was written anywhere that I had to pay my own cash power& of any bond.. the tv connection wasn’t great but we still managed to get through the days. The aircon was strong.

Great location close to town, very convenient. Friendly owner. Definitely recommend this place to all travellers, small family or couple. Very clean and comfortable beds, functional kitchen and living area, air-conditioned. Will definately book again. Value for money thanks Kuini!

The only small critic would be the sign is too small had passed the accomodation 3 times and asked locals for directions. 1 of the room needs a fan. Everything else was perfect!

Lovely little place that is perfect for small families .

I couldn't the oven to work and there was only one fan in the house. Would be lovely to have fans in both rooms. P.s the landlord was very lovely and accommodating.

I loved it because it was fit for my family as it was lovely and peaceful area ,everything was perfect .It was so convenient to stay in a place that was fully furnished and well maintained. I would totally recommend to those who ever travels to Samoa, to stay here.

Perfect location as it's near my mum's house. Private and quiet. Safe and secured with fence all around property. Lovely garden. Comfortable beds. Very friendly and professional owners and staff. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you very much Kuini.

I loved everything about this property. It was the best decision I've made to stay there and I highly recommend it to anybody who's planning to travel to Samoa. I will definitely stay again with Kuinis guesthouse. The services was absolutely amazing. It is convenient to everything. Thank you Kuini 😊.

A great stay! No disturbances at all. Extremely quiet and relaxing. It had everything we needed. The place was very clean and homely. Definitely recommend! A good location, especially if you have a vehicle. However, we did not. We had a few difficulties trying to get taxi's to the property, but the closest taxi service were exceptional anyway. We had no issues, and would love to stay again!
