The personnel is really really friendly and willing to help. Breakfast is fine. Location also good.

Mosquitoes are really annoying and somehow sneak through the nets. I suggest to bring your own fumigator (or maybe ask at the reception) since there are chances to get dengue fever.

The staff were very friendly and well mannered.

Everything is over priced. I was charged 959 taka for 2 can of sprite!

Food was good enough. The bed and room lights and furnishings were great.

-The room with lakeview was not really with the view of the lake. It was just trees with a tiny window of the lake from 3rd floor and a construction site with heavy machine noise. Got to another room which was okay from noise context but the door to the balcony wasn't closing properly. So, the room was very cold and full of mosquitos in the the next morning. The drainage of Bathroom shower cubicle was not adequate so water was pouring over. - I was asked in a somewhite rude way by an evening manager where I was going and whether I was a guest or not at the lobby but after confirming my identity, he did not apologised for his awkward behavior. I guess it's different from the foreigners on how we are treated in a posh hotel. This single incident set a bad mood overall about this place.
