Everything was super

Very complicated access and without elevator, a nightmare to mount the suitcases. They talked about a “rooftop” but we never saw it and we did not have access to it. We came back from the trip with tons of bed bugs.

Nice view, very clean, equiped with all things necessary, beautiful view from the balcony and very pleasent contact person.

The only minus (although it is was not such a big problem) is that you have to climb up pretty much from the metro station. So if you have small kids or heavy luggage, you should be in shape 😀 otherwise, it’s a full 10.

No water in fridge on arrival

This apartment is NOT close to the beach at all and is seriously overlooked. I sat on the terrace and was faced with a man who was naked opposite!! It is not good for a family. Every where was very run down and bars all over the windows. We stayed one night in this apartment before sourcing other accommodation. The shower also didn't work properly and there's no way I would have been able to shower my kids due to the water either being scolding hot or freezing cold, no in between. I have not been offered any kind of refund just told that I should have cancelled online and it is not possible to refund me. I was in direct contact with the owner who knew within hours of our arrival we were not happy and were looking for somewhere else. I feel like an offer of some of the amount paid returned would have been nice instead I have been accused of blackmail for trying to get some of my money returned to me and my family!! I have also said I am more than happy to pay for the night we did stay there!! I would not recommend this place!!
