Spacious house in nice Secluded location. Property had everything needed for a weekend away. However, was unable to find fire pit at property which was a little disappointing.

Great location, very spacious. Next time would bring our own coffee maker and board games for kids.

Property is awesome. However we were not given the villa number or a location map. We also received two different codes for lock box with the key. There was only one key so had to make sure everyone used the correct code.Had to message owner when arrived . While waiting for response we knocked on doors to try and work out where to go. There were little complimentary toiletries, a variety of loose less teas but no milk! Lots of space and very comfortable beds. Wifi dropped in and out, not unusual for the area. Would definitely stay again now that we know the process. Very convenient position with a fantastic coffee shop close by on Commanage rd. Thanks

My family and I spent Christmas in this house. Celia answered all of my questions and we loved being so close to Caves Rd and Dunsborough. We will definitely be back!

We had great time stay at Rivendell villa. The house us really big, a lot of space, and very clean. We also love the fact that all amenities provided :). Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, perfect for our family getaway. Our children loved playing and exploring in the bush. The house was clean and spacious. The owners were easy to contact. Will definitely be staying again.

A very enjoyable few days, Lovely setting, accomodation very clean, And comfortable, great layout. Wi fi not the strongest connection, but we were out in the bush. Would definitely book to go again. Thank you
