Bleiben Sie auf der schönen Promenade in "Old Town" Bluffton. Dieses erstaunliche Stadthaus mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 ½ Bädern ist im gehobenen Stil gehalten und entspricht dem Leben auf dem Land. Jedes Zimmer wurde sorgfältig dekoriert, um Ihren Genuss und Komfort zu gewährleisten. Die Villa verfügt über einen bequemen privaten Straßeneingang, wo Sie eine Treppe finden, die zur zweiten Ebene führt. Es gibt viel Platz in der Küche im Galeerenstil, die mit neuen Edelstahlgeräten und Granitoberflächen ausgestattet ist. Der helle, offene Wohn- und Essbereich mit Blick auf die Calhoun Street lädt nach einem ereignisreichen Tag zum Entspannen und Erholen ein. Eine der beiden Master-Suiten mit Queensize-Bett und eigenem Bad in warmen und beruhigenden Farben befindet sich ebenfalls auf der zweiten Ebene.
Die dritte Ebene öffnet sich zu einem Bereich mit einem übergroßen Doppel-Rollbett, das zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeiten bietet, zusammen mit der zweiten Master Suite mit Kingsize-Bett und Durchgangsbad. We had a wonderful time in Old Town Bluffton. This property was ver clean, had everything we needed, very responsive, and convenient location. We actually enjoyed the music coming from the bar downstairs, but we knew that was the case and they were down by 10pm. Parking was sometimes harder to find, but again we knew this when we booked this property. I would do it again, especially since we were all adults.

We had such a comfortable stay at this beautiful unit. The condo had everything we could possibly need. The location was hard to beat being so close to shopping, dining, bars, & the river. We can't wait to return some day!

This townhouse is beautifully decorated with lots of charm. Many restaurants close by. One restaurant is right next door and they have live music that shuts off right around 9pm. Never bothered us and we enjoyed sitting on our porch listening to it. The beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was so clean. Lots of square footage for our family of 4. Highly recommend!

It was a great location as we were moving our son to May River for his summer internship. The music/people next door carried on a bit too late but overall this rental itself was awesome! Thank you

The property was located right on the main strip near bars, restaurants, shops and walking distance to parks, the water, etc. It was much bigger than we expected, and truly a wonderful stay. Our one and only note is that on Saturday night there was loud live music directly outside our home until 9:30PM which was a little tough with the babies going to bed. Luckily for us we had no trouble finding parking, but in busier seasons you may have difficulty as it's first come first serve in an area where many might be coming to shop, eat, etc. Grocery stores were a quick 6 min drive, and Hilton Head Beaches were only 10ish mins away. We also spent time in Palmetto Bluff (20 mins away) and Savannah GA (35 mins). Lovely visit!

The property is well maintained, clean and adequately equiped. However, it is not clear in the listing that this property is upstairs with no access to an elevator. It was difficult for us (we are in our 70's) to get our luggage upstairs. There is an elevator of sorts that we could have used to send our luggage up the stairs, however, this was not available to us. Parking is a nightmare. The listing did say, "parking is first come" which we now know is it's at a premium. If you move your car, that space is not availale when you return. This property is not for any individual who has any disability or unalbe to climb stairs, carrying luggage upstairs. I would not have booked this property if I had known all the details I have shared.

Great location in old town Bluffton!! There were delicious restaurants within walking distance which was nice and convenient ! The only real issue we had was the door lock..it took us 15 minutes to get into the townhouse when we arrived. It was very frustrating. There has to be easier ways to access the townhouse. Also having an assigned parking spot near the townhouse would be nice especially when you have luggage and stuff. Another suggestion would be to have tv’s in the 2 bedrooms.

This is a beautiful and clean place with spacious bedrooms and lovely decor. We really enjoyed the porches and the swing! Worked out great for our family and we loved being in downtown Bluffton! It’s a great little town and the people are so friendly! Nice to be close to shopping and be able to get to HH beaches too!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was perfectly located to Perk coffee shop, restaurants and little shops.
Just wish the 3rd floor bed was queen size.

We stayed at the property three nights, but wish it was longer! Located within walking distance from a few great restaurants and fun shops. About 30 minute drive to Caligny Beach on Hilton Head Island (highly recommended). Kids loved their own floor upstairs and was very clean and cozy place. Great time and hope to be back again!!

I am in love with Old Town Bluffton! The location was great, close to shops and great restaurants. We loved walking around and exploring this cute town. The food was great, live music was a bonus! The townhouse was perfect, has all amenities you need for a weeks stay. Very clean and nicely decorated. The porch on the third level was great for playing games at night. The porch on the second floor was nice for listening to the live music while swinging. My husband and I plan on bringing my daughter back and grandchildren next summer. I will definitely try and get the same townhouse, everything was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better trip! ❤️

We loved this townhouse!! The only teeny tiny thing to mention: the lock is very challenging and took us about 20 minutes to get into the unit the first night at 1am when we got into South Carolina. We also got locked INSIDE the townhouse because the lock was so tricky. After you get the hang of it, it's totally fine. But it definitely takes some getting used to! Read the manual when you get into the house -- it will help you tremendously to figure out the balcony doors, entryway, etc.

Place was very clean. It is in a busy area with loud music but quiet at night. Believe all the good reviews. There was no snorer next door. Would definitely stay here again but without kids next time. A dresser would be useful in the mbr at least and a TV.

Long weekend with friends. Location next to Calhoun's which has great food. Right in the middle of everything. Walking distance to all the great restaurants/bars in Old Town. Personal favorites are Sippin Cow, Local Pie, Calhoun's and Nectar. Pearl and Bluffton room are a bit more upscale. Due to it's great location, it can be noisy in the condo until about 10pm if there is live music but it quiets down quickly.

Great house. Well decorated, clean and in a super location. Beds are comfortable and even though it is in the heart of Bluffton, it is pretty quiet after 10:00pm. One thing to be aware of- the front door is tricky. It has a deadbolt and an Electromagnetic lock. To move the deadbolt on the front door- you need to lean into the front door with a lot of force to seat the door into the frame- only then will the deadbolt unseat. If you don't- it will feel as though the lock is turning- but it really isnt. If you are inside the home- then you need to pull the door vs. pushing. Once you get used to it- it's not bad- but the first time it can be difficult.
Other than that- it was all good

We had a wonderful time hosting Thanksgiving in Bluffton. We thoroughly enjoyed the deck above the live music! Will rent again when in area.

Our first time renting . we always stay in hotels. Great experience ! It was especially great because we stayed with our daughter and son in law . the space was great very private they stayed on the third level us on the main level. Loved the porches so much fun! Kitchen was well equipped with NO Coffee , but had maker and filters . If we would of known we would of brought our own coffee .

This was by far one of the best Vrbo locations that we have stayed at. All was fresh and clean. The decor was beautifully presented. It is right next to a bar with a band set up outside right below the side balcony. It is loud but lots of fun if that’s how you like to roll. There are many stairs to climb, and could be a challenge for some. I wish we could have stayed longer. I would definitely choose this space again.

We had a wonderful week on Old Town Bluffton! The townhouse was pristine and very comfortable. Great area with lots of shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

One of the best we've rented
The property is very updated and attractive, very clean and well-maintained and in a great location. The bar/reataurant next door does have a small outdoor patio with live music, but it ends early. There are three balconies and the tiny one off the living area is one of the best people watching spots we have had in a vaccation rental. Steps to restaurants and a wonderful coffee shop with GREAT breakfast food. We are in Bluffton several times a year and I will try to rent this place the next time we need a place to stay!

Great Location & Beautiful Condo
Beautiful & super clean. Did not hear the snoring man that everyone talked about! Excellent location right in the heart of Bluffton. Three balconies to sit & listen to music from adjacent restaurants. Ends early on weekdays, 9:00pm. Kitchen well stocked. Locks the only issue, were hard to figure out at first. Highly recommended, would absolutely stay again. Gorgeous!

Center of Town
What a fun place! We were in the center of Old town- mixed right in with the shops! Coffee across the street. Side porch overlooks the courtyard of a tavern that played live music each night. Very clean and spacious area. One thing to let fellow visitors know if they plan to cook there is not much beyond basic to cook with. Otherwise highly recommended!

Perfect spot. Walking distance to lots of activities and restaurants.
Amazing home. Right in the middle of Blufton. We walked to coffee and breakfast every morning. The bar/restaurant right next door had amazing live music that ended at 10. We enjoyed it immensely. Close to everything including the beach and not far from Savannah. Great communication from host but not too much. We would also stay here again and again.
