suite was very big and spacious, clean and tidy. bed was very comfortable and so were pillows. we got arabic coffee, tea and dates. we stayed just one night but would definitely repeat it. thanks to the receptionist who wrote our postcards.

nice , clean, Staff very kind and helpful , location also good not far from the airport restaurants not available in the property but there are some are near , also there are mini market very near

It's so clean and all the appliances are accessible...so good to rest because of the coziness of the room..good staff also very approachable.

Nothing that i can think of...

A good sized 2 bed and living space, with comfortable beds and a nice hot shower. Whilst it is on a road, the rooms are absolutely sound proofed too, we slept so well. The check-in was smooth and the reception sent up coffee and dates, which was a really nice touch. The location is good, with coffee shops and eateries nearby and it is also easy access to the town.

The kitchen was missing any plates, crockery or cups. Although I’m sure if we had asked, they would have been provided.

need to improve the plumbing in the bathroom, too small boiler for hot water

Good location for exploring the city of hail and its surrounding mountains and desert. Excellent sixed suite which was very comfortable. Reception staff were helpful at all times.
