Gated garage inside, under hotel. View from balcony to a pool.
One bed was missing - they had it in the description, also in the photo, but we got a room with one less bed. We arrived in the evening and no one was able to solve it with us that evening. Around noon they acknowledged the mistake, apologized and offered to move us to another room. But we were already unpacked and cooking lunch, so we didn't deal with it anymore and thanked them for their care. The windows are on the corridor through which the guests go to their rooms - and these windows cannot be opened for ventilation, but only completely, so when you are sleeping, anyone can enter your room. As a result, you will not get fresh air into this room. It was in the description, but we didn't notice that bed linen and towels are not included in the accommodation price - this has never happened to us while traveling the world - it's like renting a car without seat belts. Dirty sea.Paid places on the beach almost everywhere.

3. In order to stay in that flat you need to bring everything for the basic needs. There was only one toilet roll and one pod of the dish washer. Not even a soap in the bathroom

Very nice and big apartment. Perfect location with sea view, just a couple minutes walking to the beach. Clean swimming pool with a lot of deck chairs and umbrellas. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking.
Really recommended for families with children - this nice swimming pool can save your vacation in case of windy weather in beach.
All shops and restaurants in same street.

Modern apartments with excellent (very efficient) conditioning, nicely furnished kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is within 5 minutes lazy walk to the beach in Rosolina Mare. The beach is very nice, sandy, the water gets reasonably deep within few 10s meters from the shore. Very nice service, always ready to answer your questions and provide information. Good location - close to Chioggia which itself is a nice town and from which you can take vaporetto line to Venice (travel time similar to by car). The are is also good for cyclists - there's a nice cycling road through the delta of Po river.
Our aparment had nice terrace with electronically driven shades with which it was nice to spend time on even during hot parts of the day.
The entrance gate to the garage is very narrow and in the garage you have to be super careful in order not to hit one of (literally) hundreds of pillars supporting the ceiling. Parking a large car (mine is ca. 5m long) in there isn't very convenient, however it's definitely very appreciated to have the possibility to leave your car there instead of outside where sun would "cook it" every day.

Location is good, ideal for families and kids. Italy can offer much more beautiful sea, but this is how the sea is in this area and if you are ok with it, this place is perfect. The swimming pool is fine and very easy to access, perfect.
The kitchen was fine. We did not miss anything. Just remeber to take everything with you, including stuff for cleaning.

Big bautiful bathroom, but no place whatsoever to lean anything. Eventually we stapled stuff on the floor. An apartment for 7 people cannot feature only 4 hooks in a bathroom with no shelves.

Bed linen is not included in the room rate. It needs to be paid extra. The sofa was broken in the room, we reported it immediately upon arrival, but for 9 days no one came to fix replace it. On Mondays and Tuesdays in front of the hotel very loud live music until 23 or 24 hours. It is impossible to fall asleep despite the good noise cancelation.

Hotel located very close to the see. Big swimming pool with all the time available sunbeds. Well equipped kitchen in apartment.
Unfortunately, there are a lot of mosquitos in the area, especially in the morning and evening, which prevents nice walks around. Those mosquitos were also in the elevators and garage (crazy!). Also, big supermarkets are quite far (like 10 km).

The apartment itself is great ,new and clean.
But bring bed linen,towels and coffee,salt,sugar...I mean kitchen has only dishes and cooking equipment.
It s close to the beach,has pool (but it doest not work 13-14.30and get closed at 19.00)
Service is great...if you are not happy with anything...5 min and it s fixed.They take the best care of customers.
What s annoying....it s smoking neighbours and a lot children who runs,shouts and hit the ball into your table with dinner in the terace.
