Golfers Paradise in Fountain Hills
Perfekt für Gruppen, die die beste Aussicht und Lage in Fountain Hills suchen! Dieses schöne Haus befindet sich auf über zwei Hektar Wüste, keine Häuser nebenan, also Privatsphäre vom Feinsten. 14 Fuß Decken und eine Wand aus Fenstern im Wohnzimmer geben Ihnen einen Panoramablick auf die Stadt und den berühmten Brunnen. Aus dem Wohnzimmer gibt es einen Billardtisch mit einer Leseecke und eine halbe Badewanne. Der Hauptteil des Hauses verfügt über eine Gourmetküche, einen großen Tisch zum gemeinsamen Essen und Essen in der Küche. Ein zusätzliches WC befindet sich ebenfalls in diesem Erdgeschoss. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Betten und ein Badezimmer mit Jack und Jill sowie ein eigenes Wohnzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Schrankbett. Ein paar Stufen runter gibt es eine ganze Casita! Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit einem kalifornischen Kingsize-Bett, ein Badezimmer, ein weiteres Wohnzimmer mit einem Queensize-Schrankbett und eine Küchenzeile. Machen Sie einen Schritt nach draußen und es gibt einen Pool (beheizt auf Anfrage vor der Anmietung gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr), in dem Sie unsere milden Winter in Arizona, die Feuerstelle, den Grill und den Zugang zum kompletten Fitnessstudio genießen können! Im Fitnessraum gibt es sogar eine Sauna! Jedes Schlafzimmer hat einen eigenen Fernseher mit digitalem Kabelanschluss und WLAN im gesamten Gebäude. We had a wonderful long weekend at this property (7 30-somethings). It had every amenity we needed, and more that we didn't even have time to take advantage of. The house is incredibly spacious with three full living rooms to enjoy, plenty of bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen. The views are beautiful and the location was great for both hiking and heading into downtown Scottsdale. The photos don't do this place justice.

Home was clean, pool and hot tub were the highlight of our stay!! Amazing views. Only bad thing I can say about our stay is upstairs bathroom doors were hard to open and shut and the screen door on upstairs balcony was also hard to open and shut. Communication with owner was nice and responded quickly. Would definitely stay again.

What a wonderful home to enjoy a great mix of relaxation and fun during our family vacation. The location of the home with its views and neighborhood is phenomenal. The kitchen was well stocked with tools for cooking and entertaining. The pool table, gym and hot tub were great amenities that were used heavily during our week of cooler than normal weather while visiting. We truly enjoyed our stay in this home.

Fountain Hills is a beautiful location & this home captures the views & neighborhood perfectly. This home worked out great for my husband & I and our son his girlfriend. Pool area is awesome, plenty of space, maybe even too much. Quiet neighborhood, great for walking & cute golf course within walking distance.

Beds are very uncomfortable and all bedrooms have no views of the valley. As listed, there's cameras everywhere and felt like our privacy was violated. Pool and hot tub were amazing.
Neighborhood was very safe and great for morning walks.
TV with some type of satellite connection would be better than the apps. Local news or ESPN would've been a great extra value.

Upon arrival everything looked great but when we put on the available robes to hot tub, one still had a lighter in the pocket so it clearly hadn’t been washed and left us wondering what else had been missed/skipped. That night we found that the pool and surrounding lights weren’t working. The next morning we went down to the gym and the total gym was not at all functional. By day 3 the hot tub was cloudy so we let management know and they said it was supposed to be serviced before we got there but the appointment was missed due to a miscommunication. The pool company came out the next day to address it but the 4 of us that had been in the hot tub ALL woke up with hot tub rash, which was extremely itchy and uncomfortable and lasted about a week. Needless to say, we did not use the hot tub the rest of our stay and it was still cloudy when we left. Before writing this review, I let management know and tried to give them the opportunity to reconcile since some of these issues could and should have been avoided. Unfortunately, their response was about the boxes they checked to fix it after the fact, rather than being apologetic and customer service oriented. So sad because this really is a beautiful home and an attempt at better customer service from a management company (that’s in the hospitality business) would have gone a long way.

We chose this property to spend time as a family over Christmas. We, our four adult children and my husband and myself all flew into AZ enjoy the holidays. The view was amazing and we loved the location of the home. However, there are NOT 4 bedrooms available. Upon receiving our check in information the day before we arrived we were informed "Past the living room is the owners wing which is locked, it was not advertised with pictures or that portions of square footage" Please note that this wing is also the Master Bedroom/Suite. I have never rented an entire house as listed and not had access to the master bedroom. We were only allotted three bedrooms. Two queens connected by a jack/jill bathroom for three of our kids and our other child had the Murphy bed in the living room. My husband and I felt like quests in the home we rented as we stayed in the back bedroom/casita with a bathroom only big enough for one person, no larger than a small closet. The bedroom had a small window to the driveway, no view. Please note the bathrooms; there are two full and 2 powder rooms. I had reached out to Kathryn with our displeasure and we received no response. We did enjoy our time together and had plenty of fun in the home, however it was misrepresented.

This property was impressive! The area was gorgeous. Super friendly people, incredible views for morning sunrise and coffee! Loved the area and short trip into Scottsdale area! Host was very responsive! Definitely a must stay if you are in area!

This home was amazing and really put our golf trip over the top. It had plenty of space for us to congregate and relax. Kathryn was always responsive when I reached out. If we take another trip to Scottsdale, then we’ll definitely consider this home again!

Kathryn was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. She was extremely accommodating to any check-in/check-out requests I had. Totally recommend it.

This lovely home tucked up on the hillside was a perfect setting for a much needed change of scenery. Time for catching up with friends/ family and relaxing.
