The room was absolutely beautiful, spacious and comfortable! Perfect location with lots of things to do!

We feel that the property was a little over priced. The only complaint about the room was nonworking lamps and all of the floors were totally disgusting. Seemed like it hadn’t been mopped in weeks. Upset that we had to pay so much for cleaning fees!  In spite of this, we will probably book this room next year as well. By the way, for safety issues, please advise the owner that there is a severe backup of lint inside of the dryer.

condo was very clean, comfortable and well furnished. amenities at the facility were really nice, especially the indoor pool.

the staff was rude and overbearing. they treated you as if you were lucky to be there. also did not appreciate being surprised with a $45 fee to park

Great locations and plenty of room for the family. Easy access to the beach. also the location was great for getting in and out to main hwy.

Other than the pools and beach i wish there was some sort of breakfast or small café inside the building because it was tiring to have to go somewhere for food with out actually cooking yourself.

The kitchen was poorly equipped with numerous utensils misding and a toaster which worked poorly and needs replacing. The building was strange in which a great deal of the space was vacant except for support columns.

The elevators were a nightmare!! It took 1 1/2 hours to get to our unit. There were 7 adults and 3 children (2 of children were under 4) it was very stressful as we couldn’t go more than 2 or 3 at a time.

Everything was clean, kind staff, can walk right onto the beach whoch is definitely a plus.

Our only con were the beds. They were not too comfortable from the bedroom beds to the sofa bed. They could definitely use updating. Other than that everything was great.

It was very spacious and had a beautiful view. We were right on the beach. I also enjoyed the heated pool, lazy river, and the hot tubs.

I didn’t like having to pay for parking ($35 per car) when the booking information clearly stated 2 parking spaces were included.

The location, also the layout of condo. Condo was very nice and we could tell it is a newer Condominium. Loved the crowd of people the condo had staying!! Everyone was so nice and helpful! I hope it stays like that forever. We plan on coming down yearly!

There was a few cleaning spots. But overall I would give a 4/5 on cleanliness. Dirty hair brush behind bed, open goldfish bag in decor box on TV stand, broken sun- glasses on patio, pee behind toliets spotted by my grandma, who cleaned 5 houses a week till she retired at 83. So more was brought to my attention then I would have noticed on my own. Still a beautiful place!
