Location was great, property clean and contained everything needed for a good break.

Description on Booking.com site was not completely aligned to the reality especially on parking which was repeatedly advertised as free. Once booked, money was immediately taken and messages received saying parking was limited with alternative parking options at cost ( which is expensive ) Attempts to resolve this were tense and unnecessary with no possibility to cancel without losing full cost. Eventually it was sorted but the stress in doing so ruined the run up to the break and together with a disconnect between the office team behind this establishment and their on site staff, created a tension throughout.

The location was extremely close to the seafront and we enjoyed staying in the apartments and views near by. The apartments were well maintained and neat/clean.

Exceptionally clean rooms - well stocked kitchen. Spacious property in a great location. Adjustable thermostat.

It would be nice to have wooden coat hangers and sturdier blind pulls if the owners wanted to upgrade but overall a great place to stay.

Very clean , everything worked - the fact that someone was there to 'meet and greet' and on departure Ali took the keys- a personal interaction. The location is excellent for the Hoe and Barbican,indeed a sea view across to drakes island from the lounge.
