It's not a posh, luxurious accommodation, but it's very friendly and has everything you need. The view, the terrace and the sound of the sea make you forget everything. Giuseppe is an angel, very helpful. We'll be back.

From October, there is no bus service to Marzamemi. If you don't come by car, you can get there by taxi from Pachino.

Posizione e panorama in primo luogo. La gentilezza del proprietario, ( le paste di mandorla di accoglienza erano buonissime!),il contesto ancora incontaminato delle zone adiacenti,dal borgo di Marzamemi,al vicino Portopalo/Capopassero, al paese di Pachino coi suoi svariati supermercati. In inverno la zona è estremamente tranquilla e rilassante, ovviamente non così nel periodo estivo, ma lo sapevo già, ed è stata infatti una scelta ponderata!

Non vi era nulla di cui potersi lamentare!

I never had an accommodation this close to the sea: the view on the sea, on the sunrise and on Marzamemi is breathtaking. The owner is very friendly and available, he was regularly checking if everything was fine and if he could help with something. The Wi-Fi connection was good enough that I could work well remotely for the whole period I stayed there. Highly recommended!

The appartment is very nice and the view from the balcony is spectacular, it is in a 3rd floor

We had some small troubles but the host helped us out immediately.

Great apartment, very comfortable with amazing view on the sunrise and sea from the apartment and the balony. Everything was perfect :) it was comfortable for 3 people, easily 5-6 people can stay there.

A great place near the beach itself. To the village center, 800 meters. A beautiful view from the balcony.

In windy times, the wind blows through the gaps. High humidity. The cleaning service had overcome the use of smelling cleaning products (not suitable for allergic people).
