Stayed 3 nights for the Hartlepool Folk Festival which was on the Headland. The property was a 15 minute walk to all the activities. The location is so close to the sea and views were amazing! The sun shone! The owner was very helpful and responsive.

Both bed mattress were very uncomfortable. The doors to the bathroom and bedrooms did not close. The carpet in the living room could do with a shampoo The windows needed cleaned.

The house was very clean and well equipped. The location opposite the sea was great and we could walk along the front to the shops. There was parking outside and the kitchen had plenty of crockery, etc. It was warm in the house but the logburner was a bonus.

I had the bed in the room at the back and it was pretty creaky. That was the only small niggle.

Location next to beach and in quiet part of town was fantastic

Wi fi was poor/ non existent

Lovely views ,well stocked kitchen ,very much appreciated the chocolates and bottle of wine ,good selection of games for our game night ,lovely walks with the dog along the beach and promenade

Would have appreciated a hairdryer
