The steps to collect keys is detailed and cleared. The place is easily allocated. Cleaning tools are provided and located in the cleaning cupboard. Pots, pans, glasses and mugs plus cutlery are enough for a family of 4. The property is clean and applicants works amazing. Parking is free!

No option to request for more keys. As travelling with friends will be easier to have more than one sets of keys.

Fantastic apartment, very clean and tidy. Perfect location for the shopping outlets, restaurants, city centre and quayside. Great to have secure parking too. Highly recommended to anyone looking to stop in Gloucester ***** 5 stars 🌟

Toilet seat insecure. Consider rubber mat for inside shower for safety. Also small table left side of sofa to place drinks etc.

Very bad smell, some parts were dirty, no batteries in tv so had to buy some but location was good

Views from window. Close to town centre and retail outlet. Good size and clean. Secure parking handy.

Beds not so comfy, not loads to do in Gloucester but as was in car it’s a good location to get to beauty points such as Sympnds Yat, Ross on Wye, Clevedon and Bourton on the Water etc

I liked the cleanliness, the comfort as well as a great location everything you need within walking distance. The property was spotless clean and very welcoming, will stay again 10 out of ten.

Nothing at all could not fault the property

The apartment was very secure and very clean and well furnished with good facilities (excellent shower, TV in sitting room and bedroom). Good wardrobe space. We were able to use a secure parking space. The 2nd vehicle was able to find parking nearby at a reasonable cost. Lots of restaurants and we had a lovely meal nearby.

The Gloucester Docks area is quite a busy area and sadly the car park and some of the external areas were very messy on Sunday morning. This of course is not the fault of the apartment or it’s owners, but due to “over exuberance” and/or anti social behaviour. The car park is large but spaces are tight and parking did not appear to be adequate for the amount of people searching and waiting for spaces.

The shower very nice , location was lovely

Pillows on the bed need renewing. Could not stop sneezing , frying pan was sloping .

Rest of property was excellent for cleanliness. Well kitted out and functional. Lovely place.

Cleanliness of shower cubicle walls (orange soap scum). Poor Wi-Fi speeds.(5 Mbps).... was quicker on Mobile network.

Perfect location, right next to lots of facilities and food places. Secure parking and walking distance to town centre and cathedral. The shower was amazing. The host was excellent and very accommodating.

The mattress in the beds could be better. Okay for short term stay.

Everything Excellent cleanliness, up to date gadgets, TV, fridge freezer, cooker, security system, Whole property in great condition and amazing helpful staff, Made us feel as if it was a home from home

The keys were in the box as per instructions, the apartment was as advertised, excellent off road and secure parking. Really nice place to stay for a small family of 3!
