Very helpful and kind host. The apartments are newly furnished. The entire facility is completely new. Easy access from the main street.

No hot water and no water pressure in the shower. No cleaning service (new towels, tidying up) over 4 day-stay.

It was not dirty.

Accommodation and staff. If you are unlucky, as I was, to have a room the the last floor of the building you will not be able to sleep because of the terrible heat. It was unbreathable, inhumanly hot. I had a family Suite. Upstairs, where the bedroom is, the air was so hot that it was unusable, unbreathable, inhuman to expect for someone to sleep there . So I slept downstairs on the couch. A 130 euros/ night couch! They forced me to change the room for the last night. Same kind of room, same heat but with a twist: a room with constant power failure! So the little cold air from the air condition downstairs and the hope for cold water from the fridge...gone. Info: at that time in Nikiti the temp was around 40-43 Celsius, 105-110 Farenheit. About the staff: they know about the problem, they just don't care. They did not apologise? Sorry for inconvenience? NO, nothing. Do they speak english? Barely. They can barely understand if you ask something, anything. When they forced me to change the room they had no solution for my luggage. They expected me to take it with me and come back at 14.00 to check in again. So, to sum up: it was the worst accommodation ever! Especially when you pay 130euros/night!

Staff was really nice, great location (10 minutes walk to the beach/restaurants, supermarkets even closer), room furnished and equipped pretty nicely, with all appliances you need for a comfy stay (just note that the coffee maker is at reception not the room, but true coffee addicts bring their own, so no problem :D ), two spacious balconies in our duplex room which was great to have. They provided a cot for our baby. Towels/bed linen changed regularly and per request... enough parking spots in front. Also a plus, LillyAnn hotel is next to Glaros which has a pool with the bar that is not for guests only, so very convenient as we did not expect to have a pool near.

Clean and modern 1,5 bathrooms in 2 bedroom apartment Pleasant staff

It is advertised as 2 bedroom apartment, but it actually has 1 bedroom and 1 bed on gallery. On the galery there is no storage space so you cannot unpack. Air conditioning does not cool of gallery so it is always too hot to sleep on that bed. Dirt road in front of the building

According to pictures of Glaros there is also a pool. In reality NO.

The personnel were very kind and provided everetyhing we needed. It was super clean all around.

Everything. The place is new, it was very very clean, rooms are big and you have all you need in there. It is close to the sea and restaurants. Free parking. We can say that it was a great holiday here. The staff was super nice and kind. For sure we will recommend this place

All was clean and super friendly stuff, we planned to stay only one night but after check in decided to extend to more nights. The Glaros is quite and nice located, close to the beach (walkable in ~ 3-4 mins). The Apartment is spacy and well shaped- so perfect for a longer stay in Nikiti!
