Wir sind das zweite Haus vom Strand 50 Meter und Ihre Zehen werden im Sand sein. Saubere, ruhige Straße, aber nahe genug, um überall hin zu laufen.
Der Raum
Das Haus besteht aus 4 Schlafzimmern, 3, 5 Bädern und 2 Hauptschlafzimmern mit jeweils eigenem Bad, zwei Waschbecken, Granitarbeitsplatten, einer gefliesten begehbaren Dusche mit Glastüren und einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten und ein Gemeinschaftsbad. Das vierte Schlafzimmer ist mit Etagenbetten ausgestattet. Jack & Jill Badezimmer hat auch Doppelwaschbecken, Granit, Badewanne / Dusche-Kombination, schöne Fliesen mit diesem Strandgefühl.
Unsere Einheit ist geräumig, sauber, hell mit einem offenen Konzept. Die Küche hat Granit, schöne Schränke und Zubehör für alle Ihre Kochbedürfnisse. Kühlschrank in voller Größe, flacher Herd, Mikrowelle, K-Tassen-Kaffeemaschine. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über viele Sitzgelegenheiten, einen Flachbild-TV und ein ausziehbares Queensize-Schlafsofa. Der begehbare Balkon neben dem Wohnzimmer bietet Strand- und Buchtblick. Aufzug zu allen Etagen, Garage für 2 Autos, private Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Einheit. Der Pool ist beheizt mit voll überdachter Terrasse, Tisch, Stühlen, Gasgrill, Flachbildfernseher.
Wir liefern alle Bettwäsche, Handtücher, 4 Rollen Toilettenpapier pro Bad, 10 Liegen, 10 Strandtücher und 4 Erwachsenenfahrräder.

Fantastic stay in this home on AMI! Literally steps to the beach and bayside with everything you could want in a beach home. Host super helpful and responsive to any questions or requests. In fact, assisted with letting us know about the house having an exact duplicate house attached that we could rent for our large group. Kitchen/family room area large and open with a stocked kitchen. Little extras like beach towels and chairs for guest is very helpful and nice when you have people flying. Highly recommend this home. We only left footprints in the sand, but took away wonderful memories! Note: If you have anyone with physical limitations, the elevator is a very nice addition in the home that typically you only find in a hotel.

Our family rented both sides of this house for my mother's birthday. The location was perfect. We were steps from the beach..backyard pool, a grill and a nice supply of beach chairs and toys for the kids. We did a-lot of cooking and kitchen was great for prepping meals for our group...only wish the kitchen were on the main level vs. top floor. The host Adam was beyond responsive and helpful. Would def stay again!

Amazing location the private pool was phenomenal, beyond clean, and to be honest it was bigger than I thought! This place is huge the pictures don’t do it justice! Adam was Accommodating and very responsive.

Our family had a wonderful time and the location of the house was fantastic. Look to your right and see the sunrise and to the left is the beach and sunset! The house was very clean and was equipped with all the kitchen necessities we needed. Adam (host) is very responsive should anything come up during your stay. We would definitely book the property again.

Perfect location. Steps to the beach and town. Beautiful view of the gulf and the bay from the front porch. Home was comfortably furnished and kitchen was adequately supplied. Host was very responsive. We had a small issue with the linens and host was quick to respond and correct the problem. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family gathering place. Plenty of room to spread out as well as come together. The balcony was great to sit out at night and chat and listen to local live music, as well as to watch the the sun rise/set/moon over the water. The location is so convenient. You can just walk to the end of the road to reach the ocean/beach...or go the other way and reach the marina. And just a few steps further, you can walk to fun restaurants/bars. The bed and bedding was so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, allowing us to cook in. And the washer and dryer came in handy. The private pool is a really neat feature, especially all lit up in the dark. Plenty of pool towels were provided. We really enjoyed the beach decor and beautiful paintings. Everything was very clean and the walls all looked to have a fresh coat of paint...including the outside...it is now blue! The elevator was very handy for luggage and groceries and for those in our group that were uncomfortable with stairs. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

I chose this place because of it's closeness to the beach, Bridge St. and that it had a pool which was perfect for the kids after all day excursions. Plenty of space for all 9 of us, it was clean and comfortable. The beautiful beach is across the street, and walking distance to Bridge St. with all the stores and restaurants was awesome. We will definitely come back next year thank you!

Ideal location nestled steps from the beach and the bay! We enjoyed coffee in the morning and cocktails at night on the 3rd floor porch. Plus, the house is a short walk to all the action on Bridge Street!!

We stayed from a Tuesday to a Saturday. Everything was amazing and we were just two homes and a road from the beach. All the beach necessities were there, made it all so easy. AND there was an elevator…

The property was spacious and clean, with a fantastic open concept on the third floor and a great pool area, both of which encouraged socializing. The proximity to the beach was also a plus. If I ever go back to this area I will absolutely try to get into this property again.

We had a nice stay. 4 adults and 4 kids fit perfect. The location to the beach is great and within walking distance of bridge street shopping area. Quite a few bars and restaurants very close to the house. The pool is small but perfect for the 4 kids while we hung out under the covered deck. The location is a big driver for this house. The host was very accommodating and responded very quickly on the 1 issue we had. Would def recommend.

As longtime travelers to Sanibel, we thought we’d never find a place we liked as much. There were so many advantages to staying at this home. We never had to load the kids in the car to go anywhere, as we could walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The young adults loved the party atmosphere just a few blocks away, yet In spite of the proximity to the bars, the house was quiet always. The kids loved swimming in the the pool and felt confident because of the manageable size. Great restaurants on the beach as well as near the home. We would stay again! Did I mention put put for the kids? ALL walkable.

Our family had a very pleasant stay over Thanksgiving week. The house was in a perfect location just ½ block from either the Gulf beaches or Anna Maria Sound and a short walk to historic Bridge Street with its boutiques and restaurants. It was clean, roomy and well equipped. Adam was a very responsive host. We highly recommend it.

The house has everything you need for a day at the beach including a wagon to pack supplies. Kitchen is also well supplied. The host responded immediately to questions. Good Last Minute Vacation
We were fortunate to be able to book this location relatively last minute. We found the property to be as described in the listing. We had several very minor issues (almost every rental property will), but they did not detract from our stay. The owner was always quick to respond with any communication. The best aspect of this property is the location. It is a quick walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. We rarely had to use our rental car because everything was so easy to access.

Excellent rental!!
This house was everything we imagined for our girls weekend. We could not have asked for a better location....The Gulf of Mexico is steps away at the end of the street and the shops, restaurants, bars and the pier are a block away! It was a great way for all of us to be together under one roof, and we could walk anywhere we wanted to go. Many of the restaurants and bars had live music, and we enjoyed being able to do a lot of these things outside. Alan is a fantastic host and we definitely look forward to going back again!

So close to the beach and has all the things!
This is our second rental. We wish this was OUR Home. With less than a 1/4 mile walk to the beach, it makes it easy to go back and forth with ease. The pool is a nice way to relax from the sun as it is well-shaded. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for cooking and entertainment. And bonus, the house has beach towels, beach chairs, a ping pong table, and bikes!
